My family and I had an amazing week at this property!
The pool was a nice break from the beach heat, the house was very spacious and we loved being away from the crowds further down . Will definitely recommend and hopefully return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to bring your own dish rags and towels. There are only 2. Additionally, ensure you have salt and pepper, cooking spray etc if you decide to stay in for any meals.

The property was nice, but needs a little TLC. The pool and backyard were very nice and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature so that we could enjoy it during the cooler temperatures in November, the only major issue we had was the door alarm that goes off if you for to push the bypass button which was located way too high on the doors that everyone forgot to hit it almost every time sending a ear piercing alarm off constantly.
Property was conveniently located to beach access within a 5 minute walk but location is a less desirable area of PCB and located next to a very busy and noisy highway
Property manager was prompt in answering any emails we sent

The house is nice and location is good however upon arrival the house wasn’t very clean and there was beer spilt all in the cabinets which resulted in ants getting into some of our unopened food. The rugs are in desperate need of carpet cleaning. The pool was nice but there was left over food all over the patio, dog poop left behind from previous guest, and the overall upkeep is in need of TLC. I planned to overlook all this however we turned the fountains on to the pool and the owner messaged me in a very RUDE manner stating we shouldn’t touch the fountains and that there were clear signs. If he would actually inspect his property he would’ve known there were no clear signs anywhere stating such. He had men show up on 2 occasions unannounced - didn’t knock just stepped right on in to the back yard. I walked out at one point and they scared me to death. By the way he has cameras pointing directly at the pool which is kinda creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable with my teen daughter out there swimming and being recorded. All the other houses on the street that are built just the same had no cameras pointing at the pool to watch their guest swim. I would never rent from this owner again.

The property was a newly constructed home. The 2 master bedrooms offers space for multiple families. The bunk room is not comfortable for adults. The home was NOT clean. The upstairs beds were not made upon our arrival, though clean linens were available. Great location, with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Nice back yard and pool area. THE ROAD NOISE IS TERRIBLE! VERY LOUD! Bring your sound machine or leave fans running in bathroom to help drown out the noise!

you can tell it is a new property, it is very nice. there could be a little more cleaning, we dropped something and it rolled under one the master beds and it was thick dust covering the floor. there was also some black hair in one of the bathrooms on the ground floor, but it was small details, the rest of the place was gorgeous, the pool was clean, the beds were ok as far as comfort level but decent for a vacation. it was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach more than I thought, because you have to use the public beach access down the road a little not too bad, about a couple of houses length, and easy walk to get there. just a bit of a long haul when a 3 year old has to potty :( very spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed all the extra games, toys, corn hole that was there, it was a nice surprise for the adults to have a game to play with the kids played in the pool . thanks so much!

House was great. It was a few minutes walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and beach/pool toys. Beach was not crowded. My only issue was the threat of a fine for every infraction. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was great, fantastic location just as described. The walk was short and easy- we had a 10-month old, 13 month old, and 3-year-old in our group. The house was nice, new and modern. Cleanliness was okay, floors were dirty when we got there (cheez-it and sand on the floor) and don’t look under the couch cushions. My daughter has a peanut allergy and there were nuts (not from our group) under the cushions. The house was spacious, plenty of room for our group of 11, 3 families. Mattresses were not very comfortable and my sister is adamant that the upstairs queen is actually a full size bed. We had plenty of towels, but not many washcloths; however, having the washer and dryer made that not a problem. We had young kids and babies in our group, so we cooked at the house a lot. Appliances and dishes were nice, there were only 2 cooking pans and no storage containers for leftovers. Overall, it was really great and we had a great time!

This property was awesome! Slept me and my friends comfortably at a cheap price near in walking distance of the beach with a pool! Highly recommend Gone Beachin and Bens Beach Homes!

Beautiful Property!
This is a beautiful house, large rooms, great layout, 2 Master Suites and of course the awesome Private Pool. Just a short walk to the beach! We had a very relaxing time and will rent again!
