Location across from the beach great. Kitchen well equiped.

Better description of the property needed as not suitable for young children due to the uneven stairs. The property is very cluttered , wardrobes and draws full of stuff, some things dangerous for children such as lighters matches and batteries.

Floor plan ..bathing toddler in loft stairs steep. Parking up the bank ..with dog and toddler difficult at times Difficult to get a table in the few pubs for dinner

Great location right on the seafront, was very quiet in the evening and night which suited us just fine. The house has everything we needed.

the living room could have been organised better, although this property can sleep 10, the lounge struggled to seat the 6 of us. we also struggled for plates, cups and glasses

We liked everything I would like to give feedback with regard to clarity of the instructions relating to the parking permit. please remove all the current information for use of the permit and replace with a simple bullet point instruction of the exact part of the car park where the car using the permit should be parked even after phone calls to the agent it was unclear whether there were payments to be made as the meter at the car park suggested there should be

Great location Plenty of space for sleeping arrangements (party of 7) 3 bathrooms/wc

It hadn't been cleaned/beds not made/no clean towels when we arrived - we had to call the host and a team of 4 came round to sort things out The wet room leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we didn't use that shower then - 7 people shared the other shower, but the hot water ran out on Saturday evening Living room is lovely but there's not enough comfortable seating for all of us to sit in there

Beautiful house in a superb location.

Heating on the second and third floor didn’t come on so cold during December but may have been rectified if we had taken the time to report it.

the location was excellent. Great to hear the sea whilst in bed. We got a taste of all the elements including sleet

The cottage was in a great location, well placed to go to local pubs to eat at night. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all meals and there was plenty of crockery. There were even board games to play in the lounge, although we had taken our own not realising how well equipped it would be.

There was no actual bread knife although there was a serrated one that we managed with, definitely not a deal breaker. From our point of view, it would have been nicer to have an 11am check out considering you strip and bag bedding etc.

Beautiful house in a perfect location. Very well equipped with everything you might need.

Location is excellent, just step out the front door onto the quayside and beach. The house has a modern well equipped kitchen and really comfortable lounge on the first floor. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds comfortable.

The balcony on the rear is best disregarded.

You have to park (free with a permit provided) at the top car park, which is a 10 min walk away up a very steep hill. We were able to drop off and pick up our belongings outside the house but not park there long term

Lovely peaceful location with shops and pubs nearby . The house is very well equipped. We have already booked a return visit

Difficult to transport luggage down the very steep hill to get from the car park to the property so would be good to know if it is acceptable to offload luggage at the property before parking

The parking issue.

See separate email sent earlier today. All very good . Suggestions include maintenance of windows which do not open........did not matter at this time but would matter in high summer. Also provision of shelving or small tables in bathrooms required.

The cottage was delightful. Very clean and a prime location overlooking the bay. Would definitely book this cottage again.
