I love the location, the architecture of the building, had lots of plus like the host left us : beach chairs, towels, even sunscreen…it was definitely worth it.

Absolutely amazing view

A good walk to the beach

The view off the deck was better in person than on the pics. The master suite was perfect sized, good ac, good bed.

The only thing was the Roosters in the am. However, the roosters and chicken inhabit the entire islands.

The expansive porch and view of Chocolate Hole and Cruz Bay was exceptional. The master bedroom was great but felt misled about the 2nd bedroom as it had a second entrance outside and essentially was in the basement so I feel the propery is more if a one bedroom.

The location is nice and the views are nice.

The second bedroom is in the basement. The basement AC broke. The water pump kept cycling on and off . Very low water pressure. The furniture could be more comfortable. No regular coffee pot.

The views from the deck. Amazing! Doors from all the rooms opened up so you could enjoy the view from sitting anywhere.

the view is just spectacular the dinner and our waiter Richard was awesome the breakfast was delicious!

it needs some TLC but the good outweighs the warts here.

Location was excellent. Incredible views.
