Everything was as promised. The location is very central to everything in the desert. Our hosts recommended some good hiking options for us. A very pleasant stay.

Love this private getaway! The house is comfortable and elegant and fully stocked! Definitely room enough for a family or group of couples looking for a quiet weekend escape. Lee and Erika are great hosts!

Our family has a post- Christmas getaway. We ranged in age from 75 to 11 and we all had a great time. The house is a one story with lots of space. All of the bedrooms are on one side of the house - but there is a giant bonus room on the opposite end which was perfect for the kids. The backyard was great- a beautiful pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating. This was a winter trip so we didn’t get to experience all the backyard had to offer but it included everything you could want! The casita was a great size and perfect for my mom to be separated from the rest of the group at night. The front yard had a horseshoe pit which was great but we did not get a chance to play. The house is right off a very busy street. There is a private gate that leads to the house, but it is not technically inside of a neighborhood. The only issue we had with that is that we brought our dogs iso we had to figure out where to find a neighborhood to walk them. Also, if you have small dogs, just be aware that there are small gaps under the gate that a small dog could get under. We were not bothered by the traffic, we never even heard it in the house. The owner was extremely quick with all replies. There is a manuals for how to figure out almost everything in the house. The house is well stocked with everything from games, todishes, to lots of extra bedding. We were very satisfied with our stay. We had an issue with the washing machine, but we really didn’t need it for a three day stay. Again, the owner was quick to reply with my issue. If you are looking for a house with a great private yard, you’ve found it!

This house is the best one we've ever rented! we absolutely loved everything. the house layout is ideal for groups since the bedrooms are on one side. My inlaws loved the guest house. the kitchen was truly useable with all the kitchen gadgets/pots/pans/tupperwear you need. the pool fence helped us feel reassured the little kids would be safe (ages 6 months - 5 years) and there's a gate in front keeping the house compound safe from the street! the owners were easily available for any questions via text. the internet worked great. just a heads up we had very little cell service (ATT) but we were on vacation so, no complains! The location is really close to a lot of fun activities - we did the zoo + the palm canyon hike. would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house. very clean, bathrooms are new and spacious. Wonderful yard for everyone to enjoy together.

I stayed here for a weekend with some of my friends and it was perfect. There’s plenty of rooms and the backyard is the best. We stayed in the whole weekend and it didn’t feel cramped with 8-10 of us. Definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway. And the place is as described in the listing. The owners are very easy to contact and respond very quickly.

Wow! Highly recommend Erika and Lee’s house. Not only was their house exactly what we were looking for (beautiful in person) but the hosts were extremely helpful, very detailed oriented and prioritize their guests/experience. They answered all of our questions before/during the trip and let us check in early. The hosts stay at this house occasionally, so they actually treat this home as their own and make sure it is in great condition for their guests. The house looks exactly like the pictures: clean, very large, private, prepared with towels, games, plastic cups and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The house has AC, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with filtered water & two ice machines, new washer and dryer, heated pool/spa, grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, umbrellas, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, gated (which made us feel very safe) and close to everything. Although the house is on the main road, it is in a very quiet neighborhood and you can barely hear the cars when you’re outside in the backyard (especially if you’re playing music) and you definitely couldn’t hear the cars from the inside of the house. There were plenty of clean bathroom and pool towels; My only recommendation would be to have matching pool towels. My cousins and I were looking for a girls getaway weekend and this house and hosts checked all of our boxes. We had a great experience and will definitely plan on coming back with our friends and family again! Thank you Erika and Lee!

This property is large, clean and very accommodating to families or multiple couples. The beds are large and comfy. The bathrooms have double sinks and the kitchen is equipped with anything that might be needed. The back yard is the stellar attraction to this property. Lovely pool with a bbq, fire pit and bar. There's a large table in the shade and numerous chairs and lounges. We were an extended family of 6 with ages from 13-77! We had a great time and would definitely be eager to return!

We truly enjoyed our time at this home - it was clean, plenty of amenities, great pool, and lots of space for us and our two boys. Palm Springs and The Paseo are not far so there is a lot of dining options also. The owners are very accessible and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a week and loved the property. The house was the perfect size for 3 couples, and Lee and Erika were very attentive hosts. We didn’t have any problems, but did have lots of questions and they always answered quickly. My only minor complaint is that the house is on a busy road with no sidewalks so walking the dogs was a chore. But we’d definitely visit again!

This place was absolutely great! We came for my 33rd birthday with family and friends. The place was very easy to find. It is on a main busy street but was not an issue for us. The house and overall area was very spacious with a nice pool and jacuzzi. We brought out little dog and he loved it. They have a gated fence so he could not get out as long as we had the front gate closed. The check in and overall process was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back .

Although this property was perfect for a girl's weekend getaway, it would be perfect for any group or occasion. It is clean with all the amenities. I strongly recommend you book and enjoy!!!

The house was spacious and well stocked. The pool, hot tub and yard was great for families just hanging out. Owners allowed access to extra amenities, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely 4 nights in the desert!

We needed a bigger spot to house a couple of families and Lee and Erika’s house was excellent. Never felt cramped, great amenities, and Lee and Erika were super responsive and helpful. We will be back!

We had a great time at Bermuda Dunes. Erika and Lee were very accommodating and the property was lovely. Rooms were nice, clean, and updated. Beautiful kitchen and living room. We particularly had a blast in the additional living space where we were able to watch the NFL games on their curved TV. The main selling point of this house is the back yard, though. The pool/spa are fantastic and we had a great time lounging there all weekend. The fire pit/BBQ were also great ways to end the day. The only downside is it is off of the main road, so the sound of the cars is apparent. Not the worst thing when you're in the backyard but just a minor thing to note. Overall a great experience.

Erika and Lee provided us with an amazing stay. Upon entry, we received a nice welcome basket and were taken aback by how clean, nice, and modern the house is! The casita was great and and overlooked the pool. The house felt very private and secluded because of the large gate and extended driveway. Erika and Lee were very responsive to our messages and were very sweet to us. Would definitely recommend for a large group looking for a nice, quiet, and fun getaway! We will be back again.
