We enjoyed our stay. The condo was located close to the pool and across from the beach. Everything was easy to get to as far as restaurants and things to do. I would recommend it.

We had the absolute best time at this family friendly condo! The owners went above and beyond with their hospitality to assist us with our stay. The condo was immaculate and smelled so clean and fresh. The renovations are beautifully updated. The beds were super comfortable and the ceiling fans were a huge plus for us. Everything we needed was available including nightlights and bathroom spray. The little things like this make it feel like home. We loved the balcony and the patio. It’s a short walk to either pool or the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished and even had dish soap and hand soaps were provided at each sink. Another plus were the hooks in the bedrooms and hallways to hang items like towels or swimsuits. All these details made our vacation so convenient and we also loved the beach décor throughout. It was a peaceful respite for our family. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental and we hope to stay there again next year!

Property was just as described. The place was clean, neat, and so beachy. We came down for our grandson's World Series, and 6 of us were very comfortable. We would stay there again if we get the chance.

Condo is clean and adequate in size. It’s close to beaches, swimming pools and restaurant. The neighbor feels safe and is very quite.

Quiet, Convenient and Cozy
The property owners we're super nice and easy to contact with questions. The property was quiet and clean with a friendly staff. The kids loved the pools staying open a little later into the evening so they could night swim. Beach access was very close. This property is just close enough to Pier Park but also just far enough away so you don't have all the traffic! It's too bad you cant rate more than 5 stars!!!! BIG thanks to the owners for sharing your property with us!

Renting was easy. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $20 parking pass. I don’t remember that being advertised before booking so I didn’t really budget for that. But it was ok we paid it and still had a great time!!

Nice, affordable spot close to the beach.
Property was clean, quiet, and close to the beach. It comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 1 teenager and had everything we needed for a great getaway. We would definitely stay again.

I LOVED staying here. It was the cutest and neatest little beach house perfect for a family trip. In a very nice spot also. I’d definitely go again.

Great trip
Place was very nice and location was spot on for fishing trip. Communication with the hosts were fast with the response to a few dings in the place but very clean and comforting to stay in. Will book again for next fishing trip.
