The View. The size of the dining and living areas. Location was handy. Nice to have ensuites with the rooms. The size of the place. The different levels.
One couch particularly dirty. To the extent no one wanted to sit on it. Some of the couch cushions were a tad manky. The steps to the deck were pretty dodge. There were slaters in a lot of rooms. The rails on the stairs were loose. The downstairs room had a hole in the ceiling.
There was a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen by the light.
The downstairs room was in poor condition.
The front door was not fitted properly. The ads online that came up when you googled Spectacular Views was not the house we stayed in.

The parking, too slippery from the ice and it made it very dangerous sometimes

Good location, close to town, absolutely spectacular views, nice and spacious clean and tidy, enjoyed netflix, good host, heat pumps throughout the house was great kept us nice and warm, loved the stunning views from the lounge, kitchen and the bedrooms

Lovely house. Feels like home away from home. oo Nice view outside the balcony. You could see the lake and the mountain ranges.
The washing machine was not working. Had to hand wash few clothes used. Good the drier was working. But otherwise love the setting of the house.

Very generous owner. Allowed us to move in earlier and this was very helpful with young children.

Amazing spacious home, huge lounge dining and kitchen areas. Great for large groups/families. Views are excellent from every window. Nice home layout that gives plenty of social space aswell as privacy from each different room with the different levels of the property. Perfect family holiday home. Close enough to town without the heavy traffic.
Parking situation isn't that great.

The location was excellent with different views over the course of day with the sun shining from different angles.
