This was a beautiful home! It had all of the amenities we needed. The kids loved the game room, pool, and hot tub. And the beach was SO close and convenient!

1) Advert was misleading as it was "beachside" with zero "beachview", so streetview would have been the proper way to advertise. 2) There was no way to the beach except by road side, so over 3 minute walk, not 45 sec. 3) Falsely accused of using their beach towels and was threatened with erroneous charges. 4) Hot water failed to work consistently 5) Did not sleep 10, nor 9, 8 at best - misleading in the amenities 6) Pool was small but actually one of the best features of the stay, especially since the beach access was a long walk away 7) The game room was a nice feature 8) The lack of a beach view at all, as in zero beach view, was a huge disappointment. 9) The cleaning staff is subpar. The place was dusty, floors dirty, and generally not as clean as it should be--several of us sneezed the entire stay. Also, no vacuum on site, so you couldn't clean the floors yourself. 10) Did I mention that a building blocked the entire view of the beach? No beachview or access from site. The place had a nice facade. Good wifi. Streetviews only, so did not feel like you were at the beach.

My family of 9 decided to visit Indian Rocks for the first time and spend time with my brother who lives in St Pete. This is a great location, even our 3 year old could walk to the beach without complaint.
The plunge pool was wonderful, very private from the neighbors. The game room and beach toys, chairs and wagon were just as described.

So glad found this house! The house was very clean, up to date, and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 7 adults that was in my group. Enjoyed the game room during the time when weather wasn’t ideal. The heated pool is small but was very much enjoyed. The location was perfect. A minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars a very short walk away. With the frequent buses, very easy to try places further down. Took bus down to Clearwater Beach for the day, which was about 25 minutes and around $2.25 a person. Lastly, property management was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Our family came from 3 different parts of the country to gather in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was well stocked above and beyond what we expected. The location to the beach was perfect. The heated pool was fabulous and our 2 toddlers really enjoyed splashing around on the sun deck part of the pool. So many stores and restaurants nearby was also a plus. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to families with kids. Plenty to keep them entertained.

We loved our stay at this property. It was a super short walk to the beach. The house was spotless and very organized. Management was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The fire alarm batteries died and the alarms were going off and they sent someone over right away to fix it. The property is exactly as described. Fit our family of 10 very well. Hope to come back again sometime.

Overall, our stay was great. The house had all the amenities we were looking for. The location was great...close to the beach, shopping and dining. The air conditioner in the game room was not working, but we made the best of it. I would definitely recommend this host/house to future guests.

Very nice house with lots of amenities. Good location with a lot to do around the area. Not sure the walk to the beach is as quick as 45 seconds but close if you hustle ;). Definitely enjoyed the game room and the pool.

Spectacular family vacation
The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The backyard pool was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. First time renting a house for our family vacation and would definitely do it again.

Awesome beach house!
This is a great find, I would highly recommend booking it. Stayed here with 8 guys total, plenty of space, very clean, great game room and pool area, 30 sec walk to the beach, and walking distance from several restaurants/bars, a brewery, and a CVS. Property management was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Loved our stay here.

Beautiful House, Excellent Beach Access
We stayed at this beautiful property with family, including children ages 6, 4 and 1. The pool is incredible for kids. Yes, it was deeper in the center, but the edges were easy to get to so they could remove swimmers with adult supervision and "give it a go"! The 5 year old became quite proficient at swimming, because the pool was the perfect size and so warm! The garage games were good for some friendly family banter! The kitchen was so nice to work in, and everything is there. No complaints about beds, and bedding was quite comfy. Walk in the door, and enjoy. Indian Shores is a friendly place! Nick and staff, well just thanks so much!

Great stay in great location! Short walk to several restaurants, coffee/ice cream shop, brewery and a few shops, plus short walk to the beach- just around the corner! Property came equipped with everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc.! Twin beds aren't the most comfortable sleep but we would absolutely stay again and recommend this property
