Just about everything. Room was larger than expected. Location was ideal. The included breakfast was quite nice, but the best thing was Ms. Brugger herself, who had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. She was super sweet and very helpful in every regard. Would happily stay here again
There is no A/C and the room can get a bit stuffy after a hot day.

Nomen omen. Hotel Kaiser and I felt like "Kaiser". Really amazing experience - Hotel is situated in the center close to all attractions as well as the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable, I appreciate the fridge and fan, moreover, a bathtub with a whirlpool was a great surprise to me. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Really amazing experience.
Information about the reception on the first floor without an elevator should be added to the hotel description due to people with disabilities.

Stephanie was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. I came for the marathon and enjoyed the perfect location—everything was within walking distance (the lake, the center, and the mountain). Loved the kitchen and the rooftop terrace. She even offered us free laundry if we were interested. The kitchen provided a nice spot to meet the other guests. Very cute local vibe!
There was a shampoo/body wash/conditioner 3-in-1, it would have been nice to have some more options for toiletries. Other than that everything was great!

The location and stff were wonderful. For what it was the price is a little high but that has to do with the Festspiel etc... In general, very pleased.

Lovely breakfast room where one can meet other guests. Perfect organisation for keeping food items and all facilities available

Hosts Ms. Brugger and friend were very nice and eager to help. Location is great! Fun having a whirlpool in the bathroom. Kitchen very clean with everything we needed. Also laundry facilities available.
