Another great family ski trip. Beaver Run has all the amenities we need!

Everything in the room was wonderful. Pools and hot tubs were great. Food and bars were both close and affordable. Arcade area was fun for kids although a couple of the machines did eat our credits. Overall a wonderful place for families staying in Breck.

We really liked the location as it was close to everything in Breckenridge and a very easy drive to nearby towns and trials that we wanted to experience. The amenities were fantastic, the 24 hour arcade and indoor mini golf were a huge hit with my kiddos. And the amount of pools/ hot tubs was great. Our personal favorite was the pool and hot tub in Building 4! The room was nice and had everything we needed. You could tell its a sky/mountain resort room because the carpet wasn't the best but it wasn't bad and the room worked great for us. The only thing was that the Master bedroom doesn't have any windows (there is an opening that looks out to the living room windows) so it was hard to cool down the master bedroom without freezing out my kiddos in the guest room. As stated there is no AC but there are extra table fans and a box fan provided that help with air flow. The bedding was comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had very minimal complaints!

Checking in was a bit of a mess but other than that, the condo, location and amenities were fantastic. The pool & hot tubs were great and the shuttle bus to take you down to Main Street was beyond convenient.

It is well taken care of while also showing signs the carpet is well trafficked. Not off-putting, just worn. Rooms are good sizes. Beds were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Check-in and out was great with Beaver Run. The amenities of the resort are great too. We loved the fireplace and they also deliver more firewood to the room. It it located in the building closest to town. The master bedroom doesn't have windows to the outside. The shutters open into the vaulted living room so fresh mountain air is hard to get in the master bedroom.

There was also condo demo in the day, so going back to rest wasn’t the best with a jackhammer sound down the hall.

There were multiple problems with the unit when we arrived. Nasty hair clog in the master bath sink, coat rack fell off the wall, only 3 burners on stove functioned, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom would not turn off. Location was good. Not impressed with unit at all though.

Perfect location for skiing in and out. Great amenities too. My only nit….place looks like it’s out of the 80s/90s. Condo and facilities could use a little updating. But other than that…highly recommend. We had a great time.

We stayed at Beaver Run almost 10 years ago, I was surprised to not see too many upgrades. The condo sleeps 8 but it's a small living room with not enough room for all 8 at the dining table at once. Check in is 4pm and from what they said when I asked for an earlier check in, that doesn't happen. Also, the resort's check out time is 11am but the condo has a check out time of 10am. They will charge if you overstay past the check out time, just fyi. Convenience to lifts and ski lockers was a huge bonus.

For the cost, it was fine. The condo itself is nice - spacious, very well equipped kitchen, etc. But property itself is very dated. Dark dingy halls with Low ceilings and bad lighting. To get to front desk or other places in facility it’s a retry confusing with many halls and buildings and elevators. Overall ok for price. Shuttle to town was nice as you are on the edge and it’s a pretty decent distance away from everything.

The condo is as expected, per photos. Nice to have the wood burning fireplace and the balcony. Visited mid April and loved having close access to the Mtn and the ski locker at the base of Peak 9 was great. Many hot tubs on the property, so even during COVID restrictions this wasn't a problem.

The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed and plenty of seats for dining. The carpet however is disgusting. It desperately needs to be replaced. It felt and looked filthy. The couch is very uncomfortable and dirty as well. After a long day skiing it would be nice to have a comfortable place to sit and relax and watch tv. It was so uncomfortable that we found ourselves going up to bed earlier than we would like because of how uncomfortable the couch is. It is very shallow and worn down. Replacing those 2 things would make this unit 5 star. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay.
