easy, no fuss check in with key in lockbox. The kitchen has everything you need. The milk and water provided are a nice touch. Perfect for a solo traveller.

A small amount of noise from upstairs and the building work next door. Not enough to be unpleasant though.

The place looked clean.

We arrived 2 hours early & eventually got parked up near the property which was our 1st problem due to the streets being too congested & the one way system. Even though when we looked, the property seemed to be available at 2pm. So we decided to go for a walk to sea front which took us over an hour! We had to walk through an estate which was very traumatic. People hanging out of windows slurring verbal abuse at us. Then came the subway to get to the beach. A dodgey group of young men clearly not on this planet just un zipped & started urinating against the wall in front of us. We ran through them quickly to get to the front. At this point my wife is hysterically crying. We decided to go get back to check in which ment going through the town. There were some aliminium public toilets. Most doors were wide open with people sat down shouting and sleeping against the side. In the street there were people balancing on 1 leg staring at the floor & then someone shouted at us the worlds ending. We seriously feared for our lives! We got back to the property & eventually got in. It was very clean. The TV was fixed at 45 degrees & would not adjust. Outside the door there was building equipment everywhere! We decided enough is enough & drove 5 hours back to Leeds with my wife still crying! This was the worsed experience of our entire lifes ! Horrible !

Nice quiet residential location. Easy access and the host has a reserved parking space on the street for the person staying. Freddy provides bottled drinking water and some soft drinks. There was also a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge so no need to go searching for a shop in order to make a brew if you arrive late! Really good internet speed and the toilet and shower are clean, tidy and very well looked after. I didn't use the cooking facilities; being totally lazy, after work I went to a local pub to eat.

Nothing of any real concern

A cosy little place, very clean. Modern kitchenette with a few supplies (thank you). Comfy bed with fresh clean soft bedding,, clean functional shower room. 20 min walk to the beach and close to shops.

As the name suggests it is a corner of Freddies house so there was some noise from the rest of the house above and beside. Also when they set off the smoke alarm (twice) it went off in the flat. Also as a suggestion maybe a blackout curtain or blind as it gets very light very early.

Very clean room and a hospitable host.

A TV would have been good but we did have Wi Fi so were able to watch from our tablet.

Good clean apartment. Milk, bread, tea, coffee and water supplied. Nice and quiet location.

Outside space needs to be addressed.
