Per scoprire le località nelle vicinanze di New Orleans non hai che da prendere la metro nelle stazioni di Carondelet at Gravier Stop o Carondelet at Poydras Stop, entrambe a 5 minuti a piedi.
Vivi al massimo gli spazi esterni una palestra e un'area barbecue di questo appartamento. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and within walking distance to so great many places. Communication gets an A+.

Great location! Very walkable. Very spacious. Beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. Wish the check in/check out process could have been communicated better but overall a very nice stay.

Stayed here with five other girls for Spring Break, the location is perfect -- very close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter, but also not loud at night and the perfect place to come back to after a long day. The place itself is exactly like the pictures, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great for large groups!

The unit was even more beautiful than pictures showed. High density foam bed was a total dream to sleep on. Unit had full spice rack, coffee tea half and half and sugar/sweetener. Pots pans full dishes. Everything was perfect. Coukdnt have been more perfect.

You can't go wrong with Sextant Stays! Super clean, well-maintained, supplied, great customer service, literally amazing location...there was nothing else we could ask for! We spent half the trip gushing over the Airbnb alone.

Great for large groups!

You can't go wrong with Sextant Stays! Super clean, well-maintained, supplied, great customer service, literally amazing location...there was nothing else we could ask for! We spent half the trip gushing over the Airbnb alone.

The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. They had everything we needed including soaps, shampoos, & detergents (laundry too). Location was good, convenient, but not on a busy thoroughfare. There was one very odd thing. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way. (into the brick wall). They paid attention to many details in this place, but clearly missed out on this aspect.
Also, the windows are the original paper-thin-single pane-HUGE windows. Some city noise is expected. And honestly, was fine. Even the occasional ambulance/firetruck. However, The original streetcar from 1906 goes by in front of this place. Even though the apt was on the 3rd floor, it honestly sounded like a 747 was going to land on top of us. IT WAS SO LOUD! It scared the bejesus out of us the first time we heard it. It must be the way it echoed off of the building. The only saving grace was that in the middle of the night, it only came by 2 or 3 times. Additionally, people talking on the street sounded like they were shouting into our windows. Again, acoustics. Fortunately, it wasn't a busy thoroughfare for foot traffic.
Additionally, the blinds provided little light filtering and the bedrooms were filled with light from the street at night.
If you're looking for dark quiet bedrooms, this place isn't for you. But if you can sleep through anything, check it out. The beds were actually really really comfortable.
