O hotel é excelente. Localização, café, acomodações, atendimento.

Tenho dificuldades com a arrumação do quarto. Eles não arrumam se a gente não pedir. Não basta colocar o cartão. Voltamos do almoço e não estava arrumado e ficamos esperando na recepção por mais de uma hora. É o único ponto fora do padrão de excelência do hotel. E na recepção não foram muito receptivos com o problema. Ficaram de ver, mas não acompanharam o problema até a solução.

Breakfast was delicious. The bar and pool area wasn’t packed which was nice. The view on the rooftop was beautiful and it was a great spot to hang out. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Many options to eat in the hotel as well, between the restaurant, bar and rooftop.

It would have been a 10 if I didn’t have issues with the AC. I had called to ask someone to fix it and they mentioned they were on it. But when I woke up it was still not fixed. It ended up fixing itself. I was offered to switch rooms but it was late at night and we had just landed and unpacked.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Personal. Die Lage ist vorzüglich.

Café da manha excepcional! Quartos novos e extremamente limpos. Drinks da piscina muito bem feitos. Atendimento do staff muito bom, sempre solícitos.

Struttura bella, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione super.

Al arrivo in camera era bagnato il pavimento, appena abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, ci hanno subito cambiato la camera, ma in bagno c erano prodotti usati ed il pavimento era sporco.
