Spent a week in Palm Springs hiking, cycling, touring the area, spent a full day in Joshua Tree NP. This condo is conveniently located, while being in a quiet neighborhood.

Property was clean, well appointed, walking distance to grocery shopping and Target - great location. Communal property and pool was well maintained. Would stay here again.

Great view, close to pool, quiet. Soren was very prompt with our questions.

Unit was okay. Couch was so low to floor it was not easy to get up out of. No broom to sweep kitchen. Pillows had “people” odor. Was asked to strip beds and wash linens. I just had surgery! Pool was filthy. Awkward layout in kitchen where dishwasher could not be open while using fridge and same with drawer near stove. No screens on sliders except one that had no handle to open it easily. People upstairs so loud until 3 am our last night. Great location!

We have stayed at Palm Canyon Villas twice before, and this unit is the best of them all! It is ground floor, opening right onto the back lawn and pool. It is a corner unit giving patios on 3 sides. The unit is well equipped with nice decor, not cluttered. He also has lounge nice chairs available. Communication with Soren was great. This is the best neighborhood in the Palm Springs area, convenient to resources and activities, and out of the wind with great views of the mountains.

First off, Soren is one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with and I've used VRBO 10+ times. He is extremely responsive and accommodating. The condo was perfectly situated for our day trips to the Aerial Tram, San Diego and Joshua Tree. The pool area is very well maintained and the view out the sliding doors 1st thing in. the morning is magnificent. Condo was very clean, close to Target/Trader Joes/Walmart and it was nice to have a designated parking spot. Condo is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It's reasonably priced and centrally located to airport/downtown Palm Springs. We had a great stay - thank you Soren!

My four week stay was wonderful. The pictures in the posting are very accurate, it’s a clean, nice sized condo with multiple private seating areas. I used the patio off the kitchen morning and afternoon as the view overlooking the pool/hot tub, fruit trees and mountains was so relaxing.
The kitchen comes furnished with several pots, pans and baking dishes and I got a lot of use out of the juicer.
The living space was comfortable for myself and the family I had visiting for a week. The location was perfect, very easy to get anywhere in the city.
The owner was very attentive, if I had questions he responded very quickly to the VRBO messages. He genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good time. Can’t wait to go back!!

Though the property may be a slightly dated, it was exactly what we were looking for as a home base to get out and take advantage of as much of Palm Springs as we could in the brief time we were there. The property is in a condominium complex, but that should not dissuade. Great location, within easy driving distance to many of the local venues. The unit is well appointed with all that is needed for an extended stay. A couple of "technical difficulties" that presented themselves were immediately taken care of by our host, and did not present any inconvenience. We loved this very charming unit, and would not hesitate to visit again should the opportunity arise. Communication with our host was nothing short of awesome, and we thank him repeatedly for his attention to detail.

We loved Sorens house! It is beautifully decorated and has all what you need to have a good time. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, they are constantly being cleaned by the staff. And thanks to Soren for always checking up on us. Highly recommend
