Great location next to seaworld and walking distance to pharmacies and good restaurants. Beds are very comfortable and the size of the room is adequate. Has a little refrigerator and coffee maker. I would stay there again

Registration process took some time and front desk person could have been nicer, the supervisor was kind and helpful. We had to call the front desk some times, to replace coffee or towels.

Estoy realmente disgustada con el hotel porque Me cargaron 40 dólares a mi tarjeta de crédito el 8 de febrero, pero mi reserva era del 2 al 5 de febrero, el día del check in me dijeron que tenía que entregar mi tarjeta para que me cobraran un depósito de 100 dólares, pero el depósito sería devuelto una vez que hiciera el check out y el dinero estaría en mi cuenta en aproximadamente 5 días hábiles. Sin embargo, no entiendo por qué me cobraron 40 dólares, ese dinero también se cobra 3 días después de mi check out. Necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero por favor. gracias

style and quality of everything was nice

We booked a king room and they gave is double beds. They told us the beds were spacious but we didn’t get a good night’s sleep and the bed was fairly smaller than we expected.

Design was interesting

Got locked in bathroom. The barn door would not open. I didn’t have my phone either. So I finally lifted the heavy door up and it opened. So I never closed it again Lights over sink did not work nor did drain in sink work it overflowed. I told staff this the day I checked in too Hotel. I had also explained I’m allergic to down pillows and if they had down to bring me foam pillows for replacements. I couldn’t find an extra blanket as well. Also, late while sleeping about 2:00 am above us was a violent pound screaming fight b/w a male and female crying. We called the front desk to send security. An hour later it continues we call again and ask they call police. I wish we called police. I got no sleep and was in town to visit family and friends and new baby.called 800# next day and never got a call back. Also explain to staff next morning. She gave my parking free. Woohoo.

The room is very modern and clean. Facilities are nice with a pool table and other fun games in the lobby. Great location close to international drive.
