The breakfast in the morning was so good! Lots of choices to pick from! The bedding was comfortable and I really loved the full size shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The hair dryer actually was a good one and could dry hair!

The only thing I didn’t like was they kept it VERY hot in the hallways and lobby. When you get breakfast it was also very hot. I heard a housekeeper say they kept it at 78 degrees. :(

Thays a very nice hotel I have stayed numerous times. And it's a great staff. These people could have charged me 186.00 for my booking. I unfortunately woke up super sick Saturday and couldn't make my trip. I emailed them explaining that I was really sorry , that I had came down with a stomach virus before I was supposed to go . These folks didn't charge me the fee. Not even a cancelation fee. I assure you, if I had been anywhere else. I would have had to pay I have alot of respect for this hotel. And I will be staying there EVERY time I travel to dawsonville now. Amazing management and crew as I have indicated above. This hotel is always amazingly clean, and they go put of their way to make the guess feel at home. And they actually care about people and their health. And the fact that they care about your health over a dollar speaks volumes.

There isn't anything I don't like. This is an awesome hotel. And I couldn't be happier
