The room was clean and very lighted, there is a smart TV which is always good, also the shower and the kitchen were great.

The towels were small, and the room is a bit crowded.

The toilet was not up to the minimum standards (clogged sink and overall not clean). Improvable was the cleaning of the room and shared spaces too. The room was also quite noisy and we couldn't sleep well.

Location is close to the center. The room had a unique design.

The check in process was weird, a lot of personal information was gathered. The room was pretty hot and it was hard to get some air in, because 2 out of 3 windows are directly by the street. This leads to the other point - the room was incredibly noisy, because sound came in from the street (it felt like the people walking by were speaking in the room next to you). Noise also came from upstairs and from the corridors between rooms, the walls must be paper thin. The kitchen was quite unequiped, barely any salt, no oil, no pans. There is a coffee machine, but you have to bring your own capsules or by them from the vending machine for 80 Cents a piece. No soap or shampoo was provided. The door to one of the showers didnt lock. The whole Hostel felt quite unwelcoming. I'd suggest to find a better stay, the extra cost will likely be worth it.

It was comfortable and airy and it had a nice outdoor sitting area. A fully furnished kitchen helped save money, cooked dinner and breakfast! All the things needed to prepare your meals! The shared bathrooms were clean, and the showers too were nice and clean and with hot water.

The only issue was the front door that needed handle repair. I should the cleaning staff so they would pass it on. Otherwise it was a good sleep, and watching English speaking Netflix!

Very clean and pleasant room , bathroom and kitchen-basic but equipped with all you may need . Great localization, parking , (central but quiet), even small playground for children.Highly remommend;)

Easy access to restaurants and bars. + Near to ZUM (Central Bus Station) bringing easy access to different bus routes. + 15 Minutes walk from central railway station. + Access to grocery stores, Rewe and Netto. + Near to Forum, Allgäu - Shopping Mall.

I had no problems with these, but for someone else it could be. - Separate Toilet and bathrooms could be a disadvantage for multiple days stay on ground level. - Could get noisy for rooms near the walking street.

It was really cold even though the radiator was on.

Its near to the center, there is a parking just next to the hotel. Its very silent even though the place is next to street. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen also .

The only thing that wasn’t very okey was that there isn’t a reception and everything is happening online. I arrived there ready to pay and get room and they told me to make a reservation by booking which costed me 25 minutes staying outside in the cold.
