room was spacious, tidy and clean.

the complimentary buffet breakfast was poor. they were understaffed, the plates were dirty, they did not re-fill the food once it was finished. there were not that many options. you had to separately pay for the coffee or any beverages. would have expected more facilities such as a pool. there was no mini bar. the bed could have been more comfortable. there were no bath robes in the room.

I was there for work at the hospital and the location was perfect. It was very clean and the staff were great! I had a very good bed and TV. A microwave would have been a bonus but I did not need that anyways.

Great value for money. Clean and comfortable room. Great restaurant for breakfast. Only thing missing is a pool. That would make the stay even more perfect.

It was close to everything nice property

The service wasn’t up to standard and lacked of staff experience,I complained about the cockroaches at ten o’clock at night when I saw them crawling over the carpet and was given a can of spray to spray them was a nightmare for me.

Facilities were modern and clean. Hotel was in a convenient location with handy highway access, as we had an appointment in Carcoar the next day.

1) When we arrived there were three uniformed staff behind the counter, but only one as attending to guests. A guest ahead of us in the queue had a problem with his room and had to wait for the sole serving staff member. Just as we were about to be served, another member of a group that had just about finished at the front desk arrived, and she was attended to ahead of other waiting guests. We were virtually dead on our feet and the extended wait time when it appeared that the front desk could deal with three guests simultaneously was not helpful. 2) Dead-tired travellers expect their breakfast booking form to be checked. We arrived late on a Friday afternoon after travelling all day and were asked to fill in what times we wanted breakfast. We wrote 0700 in the restaurant for Sunday, only to find out on Sunday morning at 0700 that breakfast was only available in the restaurant from 0730 on Sundays. 3) There was confusion about what constituted the Continental Breakfast offering (included in our room rate). On asking the restaurant staff, we were simply advised cold on the left, hot on the right. 4) At breakfast, my wife ordered poached eggs in a sparsely populated restaurant. Half an hour later, these eggs still had not arrived. Guests should not have to ask twice! 5) We needed some toilet paper and some soaps and requested them directly from reception. When these had not arrived about 45 minutes later, we had to ask a second time. Again, guests should not have to ask twice!

Very nicely appointed rooms that were clean and comfortable. We had interconnecting rooms as I was travelling with my daughter, husband and baby. I was the babysitter for the night. Large rooms so no problem fitting the portable cot. Parking straight outside. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Easy check in and check out plus friendly reception staff.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Difficult to heat up the baby’s bottle without it but I managed with boiling water in the sink.

It’s a bit of a hike from town without many shops/services in walking distance. Breakfast was good but service was a bit patchy (it was hard to get cutlery).
