EVERYTHING ! The bed was so comfortable. I really liked my room. It was so clean. They have Dove products in the bathroom. They have cable tv (sick of Rokus). The breakfast was great. Great coffee. Great food. And they had an orange passion guava juice?! I gotta know what brand it is, it was amazing. Staff was super nice. Lastly, I felt very safe there. You need a room key to use the elevator. I only wanna stay at holiday inn expresses now.

Location is Ideal, right off I-4 exit (although entrance is a little awkward).
Breakfast has a good variety (not just continental).
Awkward entrance to property ... but I guess you have to work with your existing surroundings.

Spacious room & downstairs lobby. Also, we loved the fact that hotel keys are needed in the elevator (for safety/security).
The price was steep! We stayed there on the weekend once before and did not pay a super high price.

Location
Noisy all night. Dogs running and barking in the hall. Desk attendant was so lame. Walked by 3 times and he never bothered to look up from his phone. Then bought a few items, gave him my room number and never said ONE word. Never going back.

Beautiful facility, well designed and maintained by the staff. You feel welcomed and at home once you walk through the door. The staff are friendly and helpful, eager to ensure you have a great stay. The room is well layed out and feels very comfortable after a long day of traveling.
Just wish I could have stayed longer. Just a wonderful place that is almost serene both day and night. Exceedingly clean and well organized throughout the hotel.

We didn’t eat breakfast there. The location of the hotel was great. It is a newer hotel, and the design is very nice and modern. We try to always stay at a Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
The first room had no light bulbs in the night lights by the beds. The man working the front desk issued another room, but the second room had a terrible smell that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. It smelled like urine in the carpet. Cleanliness was not good at all. We stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites a lot, but I will never stay at this one again. Also, the vibe is not right.

The security was outstanding! Everything was modern and convenient. The room was striking and very comfortable. It was the nicest hotel we have stayed at.
Practically nothing! The only thing I might suggest is 3 sets of towels instead of two. A little petty, but 'it is the only thing I could think of!

Great customer satisfaction, greeting, environment ease of getting in and out and everyone was so nice.
The room we stayed in this time had an odor from the carpet and was not as pleasant as the first one a couple of days before. The second floor had more noise than the third floor it was more calm and cleaner.

I loved the rooms! They were very spacious and had blackout shades! The shower had Dove shampoo/conditioner and body wash, which was very nice. The sink had Dove hand soap and Dove lotion! The ice cold water in the lobby was great. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off
the continental breakfast wasn't that great. The pool towels were difficult to find, no signage showing where the clean ones are and where the dirty ones go. I had a room that overlooked i4 and it was very noisy during the day/evening hours, but I couldn't really hear it much at night.

Breakfast was much better than you normally find at this class of hotel. I would rate it a 5 star. Hot items and fruit and lots of choices.
It was all very good.
