We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Very close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Quiet and relazing. The jacuzzi worked great, the condo was spacious, lovely patios and the community area with the pool had a great view and the staff was friendly. Booking says only one parking but there is other guest parking allowed in non designated spots per the condo association that did our check- in.

The house was perfect for our family with young kids. The location is ideal for days at the lake, and also close to Base Camp when you need a break from beach/pool. The hot tub was a great bonus, the kids loved floating around at the end of the day and we appreciated them having the relaxing distraction!

Our time at the Big Pine Apple was great. The house was very clean upon arrival. Everything worked! No complaints. The heater worked well, which was good since there was some very cold weather that blew in. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes. The ice maker kept up with the needs of 3 teen basketball players in town for a tournament. We made and ate several meals. We had 5 people and this space worked well. Maybe with more than 5, it would have been a bit crowded. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had lots of light and space. The wifi worked just fine. Parking was easy. What can I say, we were comfortable here. I would stay here again!

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. When we arrived, the beds were made but the covers/sheets were wrinkled as if someone had been laying in them, which caused us concern. The carpets are filthy and stained in many areas. You could tell they had not been vacuumed recently as there were no vacuum marks in the nap. My wife tried to use the vacuum and the handle kept falling off. The leather sofas are stained where visitors heads rest and the kitchen bar stools are covered in stains. We covered them with a towel they were so bad. Closing the blinds caused a lot of dust to be released. There were a lot of cobwebs. Property manager did not respond quickly. We contacted them, they responded and asked for pictures, which we sent. 5 days later they responded, apologizing and said they didn't feel the issues were urgent by the nature of the pictures sent. On the plus side the manager refunded our cleaning deposit, but we would have preferred a clean home. We did not use the hot tub, fireplace or any appliances other than the refrigerator and coffee maker. The appliances appear old, matched in style and seem functional, however the stove top is stained and scratched. If you need complete darkness when sleeping then be prepared, the wooden slats used for blinds don't block the light and have to be manually adjusted for privacy. The location is great. Beautiful and cool weather (in July). The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to downtown.

Nice property in a great area. I will stay again if the opportunity arises.
