The property was exceptionally clean and organised. It included everything we needed in terms of facilities and equipment and made our stay very easy and relaxing.

definitely would recommend sharper knives as we found it hard to cut through vegetables and meat.

The property location is perfect nestled in the middle of the wineries and activities. Few minutes drive to the beach and local town. Sage house had all the amenities with a beautiful well maintained garden looking into the scenery. The house was immaculately clean and a pleasure to stay in.

Clean very well presented.plenty of pre chopped wood for the fire. Plenty kitchen utensils Wonderful hosts. An easy walk into town 10 - 15 minutes. Would highly recommend a stay here.cant wait to go back again

A beautifully maintained property that is excellent for a family group especially those travelling with young children. Location is adjacent to Coraramup and allows easy access to Margaret River attractions such as wineries. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Everything met our expectations and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Great location. Close to Cowaramup, 10 min to Margaret River, 10min to Gracetown beach, close to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Great outdoor area and surrounding gardens. Great for dog to run around. Kitchen stocked with everything and more. Property itself was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The location is very ideal. Walking distance to the town. Great area for walking around for exercises too. Bonus farm animals are the best entertainment for the kids. I personally love the gardens. Simply beautiful Great family stay for family!

This house is in an excellent location, short walk to Cowaramup. Lovely big house with great facilities and waking up to wood fire still burning grabbing a coffee and out the back to enjoy the sunrise over the paddocks!

Nothing negative to say about this property and the couple who run it. Great weekend away location, perfect for a longer stay too. We will definately be back.

Great location, garden is huge and very well looked after, rooms were big, bath spa worked well, kitchen had all amenities needed to cook at home. We took our dog and it was perfect for what we needed.

Sage House is a country paradise located only a short stroll from the centre of Cowtown. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway down south as it is close to the beach, wineries and only a 10 minute drive from Margaret River. The property and house are stunning and the hosts were really wonderful to deal with and made our stay a very memorable one. Thank you!!
