There is no fly wire door on the front and the one at the back doesn’t close and is very noisy in the wind it might be better to remove it completely. I didn’t notice the pet friendly tab when I booked, so when I got there I could smell that a dog had been in the house previously. Air freshener fixed the problem for me and it was my mistake in not noticing “pet friendly”. I would not have booked this property if I had noticed. I just don’t like animals and animal smell in the house.

Good location and close proximity to the beach, however there's lack of cafes and restaurants in the suburb. The house sits in a quiet suburban area with no noise during our 3-day stay. The house is spacious for a family of four, and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. House conditions are generally good, but the couches in the living room are probably due for renewal.

A couple areas of the house can be due for a renewal or upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cookware, glassware/dinnerware and untenciles, but probably too much. Some clean up and good tidy up would present the kitchen in a much better and modern way. The couches in the living room feel dated too

Comfortable bed, very good kitchen with all necessary appliances. Good TV with free to air channels, Netflix and YouTube. Good WiFi reception. Very neat and tidy.

No clothes dryer. Shower head in ensuit loose and kept rotating towards the wall. The premises has a dual car space lock up garage which was locked with no access allowed to visitors. It would have been nice to secure our $30,000+ motorbikes in the garage. The TV is tiny, a larger screen would be great.

Lovely house with very comfy beds and everything you need, all the cooking gear you might need for example, and very clean

Can’t fault this place, Perriwinkle is lovely! I might prefer to have a wood heater/open fire but that’s just personal preference.

Cottage was well appointed and warm and cosy as it was a very wet and cold weekend. Shops and cafes near by and short drive to the beach.

Had to provide own sheets and towels.

Access to the backyard for pets. There was no shelter. It would be better if the side gate was moved to the end of the house near the back door. This would give easier access to the backyard and shelter for pets.
