WIFI didn't work for 4 days - there were no details how to get it going. Mouldy hot cross buns were left in cupboard in the kitchen. An empty Easter egg wrapper and box was left in lounge room cupboard. Lock very hard to manage at sleep out. We were provided the wrong pin # to get keys out of box. When we rang agent we received a message "office closed" - This was on a Sunday afternoon, where were we supposed to go? But did eventually contact an emergency # and got in. We were at a lawn bowls carnival playing all day everyday and just wanted to go home at relax.
