The property was beautiful! Upon arrival, we met several deer in the back which we loved! We didn’t see any scary critters even when we walked down to where the water was. Huge bonus for me! It hasn’t rained enough in this area for the water to be in the creek behind the property, but that didn’t detract from its beauty.
The inside was perfect and met all of our needs as well. You can’t beat the location! You’re within an hour of some of the best eateries and attractions the Hill Country provides. Thanks again!

No water in the lake!! Actually, very low level, still enjoyable, comfortable and cozy for 2. Who knew it would be 38°??!! Very enjoyable andvworth a second trip . Amenities and grocery near by.

Nice clean and cozy cabin with a great location on the lake. Just bring your own coffee, soap, and shampoo.

Plenty of living space for two but we were both disappointed the fireplace was "decorative" only. Would have loved a fire in the evenings. It is at the furthest end of the lake and the "beach" is rocks. Apart from the fireplace no issues.

Cabin is lake front and nice. Saw lots of deer in the morning and evening times. Well worth it!

Very nice place. And very good view of shallow end of lake.big blue wagon furnished for the cabin was very used for the walk to the lake..lots of deer and wildlife to feed..very clean cabin and beds were very comfortable,,perfect pillows,,different kinds of pillows,,soft,medium, firm....cute fridge..very nice back patio,,very good view from living and bedroom

We stayed two days and paid over $40 in fees for an insurance policy to cover 1 million of protection. This is more than the cost of a standard rental insurance policy for 30 days in an apartment. I wish they would publish this and be honest about their fees.

Great cabin on the lake, relaxing, clean and that’s all you need! Great hosts.

Impecable cabins, well equipped, super nice location with direct access to the banks of the lake. The shore gets crowded over the weekends, which does not offer too much privacy during peak hours. Overall super nice stay. Great location. Would encourage owner to buy a new, more comfortable couch.

The property was perfectly set up with all the amenities you would need and direct lake access. We had a crawling infant, and the property felt safe to let her roam about on the floor. Having our own deck was a nice little luxury to wildlife watch in the mornings and evenings too.
The only slight downside to the trip, and that was more our lack of research than the property’s fault, was that during the week very little was open near the property so you had to drive to Gruene or New Braunfels for food/supplies.
I would definitely recommend this property though! Thanks

The cottage was very cute and clean very close to the water . Just a quite place to relax and watch the sunrise n subset . The only thing was the couchin the living room was uncomfortable .the cottage name is Annie . Overall very nice . I hope they buy a new couch for next guests 👍

Cottage was nicely decorated, updated and stocked very well. Very impressed with quality of kitchen utensils, pans. Easy walk down to the lake ( but not paved) , very peaceful. Saw deer each morning come through the property. Nice swimming area. Ours had a nice deck in the back ( currently on cottages #1 and #2. Definetely recommend.

My experience at the property was enjoyable. It was quiet and relaxing. There was wildlife in the area and nice trails to walk. My only concern with this property was the entrance on Bravo Rd. It was a dangerous curve to enter into millie's cottage, due to oncoming traffic and, no signal or signs to slow down. The cottage was nicely decorated and alot more spacious in the inside. It was well equipped with kitchen appliances, plates,, pots,, pans and bathroom amenities. The bedding and beds were comfortable.

Very clean and loved the whole lay out! The deck and views of the lake were amazing and very peaceful. A bit of a rough walk to the lake for my 2 year old but other than that we would definitely stay again!!!
