The customer service. One could tell the administrative desk service team was not pleasant or happy. Kind of saw the “fake it until you make it look.”

La atención en recepción, la mala información para el servicio de Shuttle, llamamos desde aeropuerto para que nos indicaran la ubicación del transporte nos dijeron que en terminal oeste y nunca pasaron, llegando a recepción nos dijeron que a partir de esa fecha ya no había servicio de Shuttle, nos instalamos y posteriormente pedimos un servicio de taxi, nunca llegó ni quisieron gestionar nos otro tipo de transporte, tuvimos que ir a un restaurante de la misma plaza y ahí el trato fue mucho mejor, nos resolvieron nuestro problema de transporte. Lástima, porque el hotel tiene mucho de bueno, pero la actitud de la recepcionista demerita todo lo demás.

The shuttle bus took forever and we ended up taking a taxi both ways to the airport that cost us almost $100. It was impossible to get through to anyone to check on the bus when it hadn't arrived for over 40 minutes.

It had a very spacious and internal design and decor. Had all the standards amenities that are fairfield has. I just wish I found out about the curtains earlier so I could shut them and block out the sun in the morning.

Proximity to the airport (very early flight), safe location, very clean, updated design, spacious and chic lounge, great gym, breakfast option, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and free parking.

Did not accommodate to-go breakfasts for an early flight.

The location was great

We stay an overall of 4nights and our room was only cleaned once. I had to call for new towels and trashes weren't dumped. At time of check out I did notify front desk but no apologies.

The hotel was as expected, very similar to others in the area. I would say it is a good value for money. They let me stay 30 min more after check out.

The Shuttle service was horrible at arrival. They say it would take 40 minutes waiting to pick us up, but it took 80 minutes! If you offer a service and give a time estimation it must be something reasonable and specially something you can accomplish. They should not have made us waiting that long. If we know it would take one hour and a half, we could have taken a taxi or at least stayed inside of the terminal, not in the cold!

The facility was in excellent condition! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless! Breakfast was one of the best I have had!! The oatmeal had some "substance to it" (it was not soupy and gooey). There were many things to add to the oatmeal (although the containers for the extras could be a better design). The bacon was very crispy!! This location was perfect for staying near the airport!

The containers for the oatmeal toppings could be a better, more sanitary design.

I paid extra to be put into a city view room on top floor and was put on the bottom floor. Management told me to contact booking.com to discuss this to see if they could do something about the matter. I was very disappointed in the miscommunication and the property did not reassign me a room after discussing the matter so we ended up on the bottom floor with very thin walls. we could hear everyone throughout the hotel all night and morning and the cars on the street outside.

Good breakfast and had enough time to eat before getting the 6:30 am shuttle to the airport. I liked the eggs, crispy bacon, and yogurt selections.

cranberry juice and apple juice would be better for my diet but there was none in the machine.

The facility was very clean and the front desk employee was very informative.

The water was turned off early in the morning due to unforeseen issues, but it was in the middle of shampooing my hair.

Love how pet friendly this hotel was! The water pressure was amazing and the room was more than comfortable for our night stopping in town. Love the modern amenities!
