We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was so roomy and comfortable, cleanliness was impeccable, and had the perfect location for our stay in Kailua. Kay was so easy to work with for check in and anything else we needed during our stay. would 100% recommend for families and will definitely stay next time we are lucky to enough to visit again!

We loved the location and spaciousness of the house. The host was very friendly. Everything you need is just minutes away in Kailua.

I wasn't aware that we would be sharing walls with another unit. We could hear every conversation, and I'm sure they could hear ours. The laundry machine and dryer are outside, adjacent to the other unit's bathroom windows, which was a little awkward.

The house is very spacious, we only had a family of 4 adults + infant, felt like it could fit much more. Location was great, just about 5-10 mins walk to the beach and minutes drive to restaurants, cafe and groceries. Can't wait to stay here again!

Could get a little noisy during the day due to school/church next door but nothing too loud just sounds of kids playing.

Spacious and well equipped house. Excellent location in calm and peaceful area close to both village center with lots of restaurants, shops, gym etc and nice beach. Beautiful surroundings and landscapes around Kailua. Hosts are nice and easy to contact.

Lovely spacious beach house. Excellent location. The interior was nice touch. Love the view from the bedroom on the 2nd floor. Every morning during our stay, I woke up to the gentle wind and bird singing in the garden, which is really great.

The hot water supply was a bit unstable for the bathroom on the second floor. That's the only thing I want to mention as a downside.

Hosts were extremely responsive and made it quite easy to meet upon check in and check out.

I think an outside seating area for the main house would be a nice have.

The property is spectacular. A short walk to the beach. The house is clean and organized and easy to find everything you need. The host was an absolute pleasure and available when we had questions. I would 100% stay again and recommend.

The island vibe of this home, just one block walk to the beach can’t be beat! Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We’ll be back next time we come to Kailua.

I traveled with my husband, 25 year old son and 4 year old grand daughter. The property was amazing for us. It was large and roomy. Had everything I needed except food and transportation. I was able to host my parents twice for dinner and had everything available and then some. Dishes, cookware, coffee, tea, etc. The property comes with a full size washer and dryer as well. Kay met us on time and was very courteous. He even located a back yard BBQ for us to use during our visit. We will definitely be coming back for more family trips. Husband and I booked the smaller studio cottage at the back of the property for our anniversary in December. There is also a 1 bedroom cottage on the property. This makes it absolutely perfect for large family vacations. We will not stay anywhere else as long as this place is available!!!!

Possibly add an AC unit to the upstairs....Otherwise NOTHING!!!!

No air conditioning as advertised - needed noisy fans in every room. Very hot. No window coverings in the bathroom on the second floor so it feels as if you can be seen in the shower which is awkward since it’s next to a school.

We so enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The location, the service, and the entire feel of the home was great! The host was receptive and kind. It was a wonderful experience.
