the guy was very friendly the room very clean
no hot water for are shower the bathroom sink was rusted and the bed was not comfortable to sleep on

The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the electric blanket was great in the cold Barham weather.
Very outdated, the aircon/heater was quite noisy.

The owner was so helpful. He allowed us an early check in after we had fled a cockroach infested motel in West wyalong at 4am. We arrived at Barham around 10.30am and were so tired. After telling the owner he graciously let us check in earlier so we could sleep. The room was so clean it was a fantastic motel and we WILL be back and highly recommend it! Thanks so much again you saved two exhausted stressed middle aged women.

Was close to where we wanted to walk to
The room smelt like cleaning products and made my wife sick and bed was hard , not the best for people parking there cars at their rooms,

I booked a queen suite room. The room looked nothing like the room I thought i was getting. The room was dark, the TV was the size of a small computer and the larger of the 2 beds was very soft, the single bed very hard. The bathroom could certainly do with upgrading. No information in room about the dinning room.
Also I was charged a Foreign Fee from booking .com

The place was quiet in thou the place was booked out.

Clean and comfortable beds, linen and room. Heating and hot water great. Nice and quiet.
there was a flicking light outside all night but I am sure this is a temporary matter .To be fair I didn't raise it with the owner as I only noticed in he middle of the night. The water from the shower does spread quite a way in the bathroom as there is no lip to hold it back. You would need to be careful; of clipping on the tiles

We were welcomed by a very cheerful, friendly hostess. Our room was small but clean & comfortable. The pool was basic but cooled us down.
The wooden deck alongside the pool was quite slippery. The B.b.q. needs updating, I wouldn't have used the one provided.
