It was too noisy in the room at night: until 3.00 loud music was heard from the restaurant.

The food was great and restaurant staff was polite and helpful. A variety of delicious dishes as an embodiment of the region where the village is located.

The bungalow was booked, but upon the arrival the family found out that they will be accommodated in the apartment. Before changing the facility the staff didn't even call to ask if it suits to family. The staff made decision on their own and for them it was normal and acceptable to accommodate family with two little kids in the apartment above the restaurant where very loud and annoying music was played until 2 in the morning. After this kind of night and unpleasant experience, the staff did not find it necessary to even apologize for the inconvenience.

This place was good find,never been here. Staff at the Restaurant was great no question about it.

As we were departing we spoke to the front desk. Not once the staff said thank you not single time I hope to see you again. Basically a lot to learn about Hospitality and Customer service. Also saying Apartment entire world meaning knows but here simple a Room they call Apartment. Overall great location place clean and nice but your staff is #1 reason why your guest are coming back.
