O hotel e novo, e dentro do Sawgrass Mills.

Nao tem nenhuma ajuda com bagagens ou carro. A funcionaria da recepcao foi hostil. So passamos uma noite no hotel, nao posso avaliar outros serviços.

Ideal for shopping at Sawgrass. Enjoyed happy hour at the bar (5-7 every day). Breakfast was very tasty especially the included cooked to order hot dishes. Very clean both room and public areas.

Expensive but there was a concert at nearby arena.

The location

The issues with booking.com were tremendous and the booking did not properly carry over to the hotel. The check in took just over 30 minutes with the front desk hotel staff, as they claimed the deposit never carried over from booking.com. The staff claimed I would need to pay for the stay (which would have charged me twice for 3 rooms). But after persistence, and proving to the staff that the total for the rooms was already taken out of my bank account, they were finally able to get us into our room. The process was a nightmare after a long day of driving, and I would never recommend booking.com. The staff at the hotel were very hard to deal with and unprofessional. The experience was very poor.

Housekeeping left used towels in the corridors for a long time. Air conditioning was too cold and difficult to get a nice temperature.

Small closet and it wasn’t clean and everything from the aisle can be heard easily, too loud.

The location was perfect, the room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

I thought the breakfast was limited in terms of choices. The continental station barely met expectations. I paid for food that I didn't receive but really could not be bothered to inform the kitchen.

The cleanliness most of all. The lighting in the lobby/lounge area is a little dreary and even though the decor is nice, the lighting makes it feel damp and cheap.

No one cleaned our room. A room attendant said we were on the list for our room to be cleaned. We called and asked for 2 sets of towels. Never got them. We had to go and get them ourselves at 6pm, our Party was on the roof top at 7, had us late because we needed to shower! The trash was still in our rooms
