STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY/HOST. They charged the money for my stay but couldn't charge a small amount for the security deposit/insurance. Their booking and payment system didn't work, and their ability to communicate and try to solve the problem was horrible. I used different payment methods, such as cards and banks. Unsuccessfully... They didn't send me the access code to access the property, so I couldn't check in. They stopped communicating with me when I requested a full refund because their system didn't work. So I lost 1.036 CAD and had to find a different property at the last minute... The host is unreliable, and I don't recommend this property/host at all.

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern und einer großen Wohnküche. Platz ist genug und die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Ein Parkplatz um die Ecke wird zugewiesen. Zum Hafen von Saint John sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Eine Dame hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, da wir Probleme mit dem Zugangscode hatten, sie war auch am Sonntag stets für uns erreichbar.
Schon vorab muss man jede Menge Daten ausfüllen, so als ob man einen Besuch in Fort Knox plant. per email erhielten wir vorab den Zugangscode zum Haus und den WLAN Code, jedoch nicht zur Wohnung. Sofortige Hilfe war gratis nur erhältlich da wir uns ins WLAN einwählen konnten. Das elektronische Schließsystem machte Probleme also dauerte es über eine Stunde bis wir endlich alles erledigt hatten.

The apartment is conveniently situated within St John - on the edge of Uptown for easy walking and with parking and easy access by car. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for us. We had a good stay here.
There was some contention over the parking but the host was able to sort this out quickly.

Clean, spacious, well furnished and modern renovated. Good location.
Elevator was not working and someone gets up at 5:30 am every morning and pounds their heel into the floor with every step which woke me up. Several times.

It was nice to be an appartment with washer, refregirator, etc. We save a lot of money on food.
It was close to everything and with a free parking also !
Calm building, it was never noisy !
The hallway wall was dirty, you could see the finger marks everywhere. There was glasses that we had to wash before using cuz there was still some crust in it. And we would've like to know that the elevaator wasn't functionning, cuz we had to walk to the fifth floor with big suitcases and plenty of bags...

Clean and well equipped
Really needed elevator fixed. Staircase hot and 5 flights of stairs abit much. One bed could use replacing.

Lots of space , good location with parking.
It would have suited us great if there had been a working elevator. We were on fifth floor and expected to access to an elevator. A member of our party has a heart condition.
