Never will stay again

No breakfast. Location close to my job.

Neighbors playing loud music all hours of the night.

Mediocre at best.

The microwave didn’t work and the key to the laundry room door did not work. Staff was really pretty much non caring about these problems, failed to resolve them.

MicrowVe didn’t work, Staff difficult to reach

The property is convenient to restaurants, the mall, and is well worth the stay!

Bad staff the took my money and kicked me out

Nothing the staff was rude the manager made me leave bc a man she knew was abusive and bc he was trying to climb in my room I got kicked out.

Only downfall is the roaches

Location quiet clean

Saw one more roach as i was packing up to leave. Upping the roach radar to two roaches i saw in total of staying there for 14 days. Shake your belongings out before packing to leave as to not bring any roaches back home.

I saw one roach upon coming in They enter your room even if asked to not do that. Yes even when you aren't there. It's once a week however I still hate that

Location was great room was in good condition staff member wasn't my cup of tea.

Housekeeping doesn't as expected to and maintenance personnel was very weird and creepy.

Stop charging so much a week so people can get on there feet

Got put in a upgraded room when wanted and asked for a regular room and price was way to expensive. So was not happy that they did not listen to what the customer wanted. If we would have continued to try and stay in a room that we did not chose at that price we would have ended up on the street.

They don’t listen to what customer wants or explain this was only room that they had
