The home was amazing, they had everything you could possibly need. We have stayed at a lot of the homes on Singleton Beach this is the best equipped house. Great location and all updated

Clean, great location, every imaginable beach toy, many towels, kitchen equipped with every conceivable need.
Pool a bit small but with the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep not significant.
Stayed at Hilton Head many times this best accommodation to date.

This house is amazing! Would really recommend staying here. We loved it. Our party just had a few issues with not being able to get warm water to some of the showers, and although uncontrollable, there was construction going on at the house next to us that was loud and did not allow for a calm and quiet time on the pool deck.
But the house is amazingly equipped to host large groups, with exquisite and thought out decor in each room. Our party of 13 had plenty of space! We would for sure come back again! The beach was pretty private as well and didn't get a ton of foot traffic from public beach access points nearby.

10 Collier never disappoints. It's modern, super clean and the views are breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and island entertainment makes it a perfect place to stay for small and large groups like ours. The house is equipped with a huge kitchen, and every amenity we needed to make the stay memorable. The heated pool was great, and we cannot wait to book our next trip to HH and stay at this beautiful house. The management company is super responsive, especially Keahna. I highly recommend this property!!

My recent stay at this family-friendly home was a mixed bag of experiences but ultimately a delightful one. The property itself was nothing short of fantastic, perfectly accommodating our entire family. The spaciousness and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each family member, from the youngest to the oldest, found something to love about this place.
However, the journey to this wonderful stay was not without its hurdles. Post-booking, I was inundated with a barrage of questions and required to fill out numerous documents. This process felt excessively rigorous and almost bordered on being intrusive. At several points, the overwhelming nature of these prerequisites almost led me to cancel the reservation. It was a bit overkill.
Despite this, once we overcame the initial setup phase, the experience improved significantly. The responsiveness of the hosts and their eagerness to assist was commendable. They were quick to respond to any inquiries, and their helpfulness played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience.
In summary, while the pre-stay process was burdensome and almost off-putting, the stay itself was exceptional.

We absolutely loved this home and had such an amazing vacation here with friends and family. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that one could ask for! We also had a wonderful experience with the rental agency-- everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for us. Each family had its own floor. Our kids and grandkids loved the kitchen - beautifully equipped. The small pool off the overhead porch great and didn’t ever seem to get hot even though it was a very hot week.

This is a great house right on the beach. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The view, deck/pool are awesome and we enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables. But, for the crazy high price, a few little things would have made for a more convenient stay. While I wouldn’t expect supplies for a week at a rental, we arrived to find no hand soap and about 3 dishwasher pods. There weren’t many bath towels and was one washcloth per person. Finally, while they don’t provide beach towels (at a beach house!), because people allegedly leave them on the beach or take them, again, for the price they charge, they should provide them and chalk it up to part of the cost of doing business. Same for the beach chairs.

Incredible home! Accommodations were more than nice for our 10 family members, including two toddlers, and there is nothing this home doesn't have in the way of appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We cooked 3 meals a day, on most days, and the amount of space and kitchen accessories was more than adequate. The 2nd family room with the pool table and the garage ping pong table/sitting area allowed our family to spread out, when needed. Location was perfect as were the size of the rooms and decor. Home was very clean, and that is saying a lot since I am a cleaning fanatic! I have stayed in Singleton Beach at several of the homes over the last 9 years and I would rate this home as #1! Management company is always responsive/attentive, would highly recommend. Thank you for another great vacation in HHI!

This beach house is our favorite. The location is right on the beach and has a gorgeous view from the house. The house is new and has 6 large bedrooms with its own bathrooms. It has two washer and dryers (one on the top floor and one on the bottom). The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you’ll need. The only feedback is that it doesn’t come with beach towels so you’ll need to bring your own. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be renting this location again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at 10 Collier Beach. We apologize for the delayed review having stayed there in March 2023.The house was perfect including the well appointed kitchen and common space of the main floor. All of the bedrooms were generously sized with gorgeous bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and afforded picturesque views, particularly those overlooking the ocean. We loved the walkway over the dunes to the beach. The beaches were large and private, yet easily seen from the house so that you could keep and eye on things. We took advantage of the heated pool and enjoyed it almost every night. The basement pingpong game-room was a nice get away. We also enjoyed the 3rd floor family room that offered another place for folks to relax, It has a great pool table and games too to take advantage of.Finally, this was our first time to Hilton Head, wow, what a beautiful and peaceful place for family and friends. We hope to make this an annual getaway.The management team was great to deal with and made things easy.This house and location should meet anyone's expectations.Thanks again!

This home was immaculate!!!! It was clean and looked exactly as it did fact pictures don't do it justice!!! I will definitely book this property in the future. The only issue we had was one of the ensuite bathroom shower did not work, but there was a spare bathroom so all was well.
