We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one was over and above and special. The neighborhood was quiet and the sports courts were so much fun. The landscaping was amazing with the beautiful hydrangeas and everywhere. The house was fully stocked across the board. We would recommend the house to anyone. Thank you for letting us enjoy the urban oasis.

Home is conveniently located to downtown and the airport. It had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Sheri was great, attentive and responsive with check in and check out. Very gracious with a welcome basket. Home is laid out well, backyard is the gem. Got this home for the pickleball court so family could play. Would stay here again! Thanks Sheri

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was conveniently located... an easy 10-15 mins from all of our destinations, if not closer. We were in town visiting the University of Utah for my college bound son. The house was clean, well stocked (we loved the welcome basket with snacks and water and the coffee/tea/creamer at the ready). The beds were comfortable. I usually don't sleep well while away from home but I slept very well at this house. The key to the house is the backyard. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pickle ball court and hot tub. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! Easy access to SLC shopping/restaurants and ski areas. We enjoyed the backyard space especially the pickleball court and purchased a few new balls to replace ones that inadvertently went over the wall… Thank you!

Our family (husband, wife, 1 teen, 1 tween) stayed at this home for a week while in Salt Lake for medical appointments. The property is in a great location. We hit Nordic Valley and Crystal Hot Spring on our way into and out of Salt Lake City. We spent time downtown, in Murray and West Jordan as well as at medical appointments on the north east of SLC. We never felt like we were in the car a long time, and rush hour was easily avoided.
The home itself was great. Clean and well described. Each of our kids had their own room, the kitchen living area was well supplied for making meals at home. The back yard was great for kids and the hot tub was perfect for us. As a side note, there is an awesome donut shop a few blocks away that we hit up 3 times. The Smiths is a quick drive. Feels like a good safe neighborhood.
We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived, but communication was top notch and the problem was fixed in what felt like less than a minute. Lovely trip.

The property is as described and more. The amenities, and location are perfect for a family ski trip. The home is warm and comfortable and hot tub and fire pit make it perfect. The hosts were great and responded to all inquiries quickly. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

What a great time had during our visit to SLC! We searched for a home with a close proximity to Big and litlle Cottonwood canyons and came across this home. I was very impressed reading the reviews but was sold after my first discussion with Sheri! She was so quick to respond and she was genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable in every way before and during our stay. The House is stocked with so much items from kitchenware to spices. A thoughtful welcome basket with water and snacks that lasted our whole stay awaited us upon checkin! The Jacuzzi was perfect for after a day on the slopes! Can't wait to come back and stay again in the future! Thank you Sheri!!

Our family met up here for a long wrekend. It was really great for the younger kids because there were so many things to do (basketball, pickleball, hot tub). The fire pit out back was very nice as well. The proximity to downtown was a definite plus. There was road noise when outside, but it didnt bother us, and you couldnt hear it when inside the house. I highly recommend this stay.

This house was fantastic. You are less than 10 minutes from Regional Park for a tournament. Stocked kitchen, hot tub, pickle ball court, washer/dryer and very clean! This place saved us tons of time and kids could go back and sleep between games.

House was just as pictured. Sheri was very easy to communicate with. Good location just note it is right next to the Interstate so a little noise in the back yard. Very clean and comfortable beds too. Would totally stay again!

My daughter, son in law and I were visiting my son who’s living in SLC. The house had everything we needed for a terrific week and holiday. We cooked up a storm, did puzzles, watched movies and just felt so at home. The hot tub was a super bonus for all of us daily. Had a great time!!

As soon as my group and I walked in we were greeted with a basket full of refreshments and a clean house. The property was fully stocked with kitchen tools, games, linens, towels, and everything else you would need to enjoy your stay at the property and Salt Lake at large. The backyard offered a range of amenities including a hot tub, grill, pickle-ball/ basketball court, and a mini-fridge. Spending time in the backyard was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Finally, the rental property was located about 10 minutes away from all the restaurants we wanted to visit and the activities we wanted to do in SLC. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

When we were first driving to the property I really felt like an ordinary average guy and it seemed that this house description wasn't gonna match the pictures. To our surprise it was! It was clean, comfortable and about a mile from the main highway. The owner was very aware of the situation and would respond to any needs or concerns, which was comforting to know. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore Salt lake city and have the comforts of home.

This was a great property to stay at! A kitchen with all the small appliances and cookware you need to cook up a great meal. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated and plenty of amenities. Hot tub and the basketball court were a bonus! Large barbecue and bar area was great for entertaining. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Best back yard by far
The home is up against the freeway so be prepared to hear the ambiance of freeway traffic, however that is a small trade off because the back yard has a full pickleball/tennis court w a basketball hoop. The hot tub was the main hit. We didn't use the grill, but they looked awesome. The neighborhood is in the older part of SLC, kinda hood-ish, but we parked in the driveway and were completely safe. I'd choose this home again and request the landscapers not come while we are there. The host was great to coordinate with. The beds are uber comfy, plenty of towels and bedding. 5 stars from us.

Salt Lake City
This was our first time staying in Salt Lake City and it was definitely a great place to spend a lot of our time at. The house is fully stocked, basketball court out back, fire pit, hot tub and we even grilled out while we were there. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. While we were in Salt Lake we went to the Salt flats, Grand Tetons, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We had an amazing time!!!

Highly recommend this listing. Very clean, great location. Easy access to freeway. The house has TONS of little extras--- every kitchen gadget and appliance you might need. Spices, popcorn, basket of snacks! Outdoor kitchen, fireplace, yard games, and basketball court were so much fun! Lots of family fun out there. Beds and linens very cozy. Great communication with owner. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Excellent place to stay for skiing!
Terrific property! Three nice bedrooms, good furniture, very comfortable place to stay! Well stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pots, silverware you need. Even a well stocked snack basket when we arrived. You can tell that Sheri really cares about the comfort of her guests. Great location for airport and central point for all of the ski hills. Hot tub was great. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. Highly recommend!!

this house was like a home away from home for my family and we enjoyed it thoroughly! Sheri is beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The house is full of all kinds of extra touches from snacks to water to comfy beds and pillows.... and of course the hot tub, basketball court, etc were a huge plus! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Excellent oasis close to the freeway.
Loved the house, especially the back yard. Cozy but handled our party of four without issue. Close to everything, easy access to the freeway. Renter was very responsive to any questions that we had.
