Very beautiful condo, we stayed for 3 nights and felt like home, cozy and clean. The bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen have all the appliances you would need. The access to the beach was a nice plus to the property and also the heated pool. A lot of parking space. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏🙏We really enjoyed staying there.

Sandpiper Place @ Ocean Village Club,-Building F was like being at home away from home. Very accommodating with all our needs. The location is only 15 minutes from the old town and about a 6 minute walk through the condo village to get to the ocean, The condo upon arrival had your starter kit of toilet paper, soaps (bathing/dish/dishwasher/laundry), shampoo/conditioner. When we arrived it was clean. The condo overlooks one of the really nice pools with a well kept landscape. We had a problem with our code to get into the front gate after a couple days so when you leave do not depend on the code but take your card to swipe for in and out to be safe. Do NOT forget to take your gate card to the ocean because that is the only way to get in and out of the gate down the pier to the ocean and back. The condo deck sliding glass door was hard to open and shut (they said they would fix that) The pans they had to cook with on the stove top were one huge pot, one frying pan and one smaller boiling pan but we were fine with that. I just wanted others to know just in case you needed more. They do have a baking pan too. There are dishes to eat and drink with so that was great. Everything needed for a vacation. There was no elevator to the second floor but it was not too many steps to get to the room and didn't great any issues or problems for us. We loved the location and were fine with the second floor. It was a nice quiet place to make it extra nice. All the people that live there so so nice so it made it nice to stay. The great thing working with iTrip is every-time I texted them they were very responsive and I got my answers quickly. If I returned, to St. Augustine, I would rent this condo again.

Mangemwnt was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean and quiet. The extra bed in guest room was huge for us. Two drawbacks were 1. Longer to beach than was expecting. 2 king in master was a bit worn out w sunk in spot on each side. Otherwise all we needed for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is conveniently located to the interior complex pool and the complex is dog friendly. Great little “welcome basket” with coffee and local coupons for free treats. The unit does need a better mechanism to allow food delivery drivers through the complex gate. The couches in living room could use a good cleaning but overall cleanliness was great!

Great location and very relaxing

Loved this property, the beach access was wonderful. The community was friendly and I loved all the dogs. I liked how I was just minutes from St. Augustine to visit but then could come back to a more laid back setting.

Great location with lots to do when the weather did not cooperate. Publix down the road for groceries, beach access for long walks on the beach, and restaurants all within close proximity. My son was able to do lots of fishing in the State Park and off the pier.

Loved the quiet complex and the short walk to a beautiful beach! Very roomy for us, and just like the pictures show. What we also loved was the coffee shop right across the street.

Communication was timely and helpful but we were never told ahead of time that the pool which the balcony overlooks and for which this apartment is advertised would be closed, emptied and would be worked on. To be fair, this decision was probably made by the association and not by itrip . But that was a disappointment & we would have appreciated knowing that before we came. The apartment is pretty. It could use some upgrades. We would consider returning to the area. The beach access is great and proximity to St. Augustine town was fun!

We have been vacationing to St. Augustine for over twenty years. We usually stay at a specific condo down the road but they were booked so we took a chance and stayed at this one. We were so very pleased with our accommodations. The view of the pool is just lovely and it's a very spacious two bedroom. We did have to leave early because of the impending hurricane but the rental agency reached out to us and let us know that we would be refunded because of their policy on hurricanes. We will go back to this condo again, I am so of it!

Property is as advertised, very easy to get to the beach and close enough to downtown. We appreciated all of the amenities and the host's prompt help when we had trouble getting into the gate. The only thing we think could be improved would be the mattresses in the second bedroom. That said, we had a wonderful time and would consider renting this property again.

Everything abt the place was great. Just as it was listed online. Only the slightest issue. I got to the gate around 9pm I guess. Couldn't get the gate up. Code wouldn't work. So I pulled to the side and walked to the room and got he gate key. Beds where good. Washer and dryer worked well. Would stay again next time.

We had a really nice stay at this condo. Quiet, clean & dog-friendly. The unit overlooks the pool and is a short walk to the gorgeous beach. A short drive to the town of St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. Instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The complex is well maintained and everyone is courteous. The condo was clean and orderly.

Very nice clean place

Very comfortable for a family of 5 with a pet! Easy walk to the beach and a pool steps from the condo. Clean and close to restaurants and entertainment. We will be back!

We were very pleased with the property, loved the decor. Perfect location to the pool and short walk to to beach. My husband worked remote several of the days there and was able to do so from the lovely balcony. Close to the fun of downtown St. Augustine and a short drive to Orlando. Hope to visit again next season! Love the area. Very friendly and relaxing.

We ended up not staying in the original property because of a booking issue on Vrbo but David and his team were able to relocate us and it was for the best! The property was so beautiful and in such a PRIME location. If you are young and looking for nightlife, plus great bars and restaurants the downtown St. Augustine is a great place to look. Such a great property and location!

This was a really nice two-bedroom condo close enough to the beach to catch the salty air. Laid out well with cute, updated decor and comfortable couches, it made me think I could easily live there full-time! We also enjoyed the sunny balcony. Suggestions: add a couple pans and dish towels in the kitchen, and did I miss a way to pick up network television? We did watch a funny 1940s movie.
