Trovandosi nel centro di Pagosa Springs, questa casa vacanza è la soluzione perfetta per provare il meglio che questa località ha da offrire. Qui trovi anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare comodamente il tuo mezzo e raggiungere San Juan River e San Juan Historical Museum a piedi.
Nella cucina c'è proprio tutto... un forno, un frigorifero, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili: non ti resta che fare la spesa! Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Non portarti troppi vestiti di ricambio: qui troverai un'asciugatrice.

Great location close to downtown, hot springs, and places to eat. Easy check-in process. Very clean space with large bedrooms. Nice place to stay in Pagosa Springs!

Loft was very clean,quiet and located behind Mountain Pizza. You could walk to everything downtown. The owner was very quick to respond and handle our last minute booking even though VRBO was giving us issues. The mattresses are very firm but we like that. The only issue was the TV as it was difficult to navigate but we didn’t really need it. Would definitely recommend the Loft for anyone wanting to enjoy any downtown activities.

We were lucky enough to be able to book this spot the day before our arrival (we are last minute travelers). It couldn't have been more perfect for our family of 3. It was very clean and no clutter in sight.
Communication with the host was excellent. He is very friendly and responsive.
The location was amazing! We were able to walk to meals, bars and shopping. Wolf Creek is about 20-25 minutes away so super quick for a day of skiing.
Also, this is not in the listing, but there IS a washer. I think it just says dryer in the listing.
A couple of things to note:
*If you like to cook, there are pots/pans, cooking utensils and knives. There were no mixing bowls so we used pots to mix. Basically, it's equipped but for basic cooking.
*If you are driving or have room in your suitcase, bring extra towels/bathrobe for the hot springs. There are towels there, but just enough for bathing.
Overall, we highly recommend this spot!

Great location and very clean property. Would stay again! Beds were hard but that’s really the only complaint. Also has a full size washer and dryer that’s not in the description.

This was our second stay here. Look forward to many more! Perfect location and size for my family of 3, who love walking to all the restaurants. Escape room downstairs is an added bonus.

Two hunters here for 1st Rifle Season. This place is just as advertised and great location! In-town enough to walk to restaurants and bars, but on the west side for quick access to the national forest and Wolf Creek!!

Our family had a great weekend away and the location is fantastic. We were able to walk to the color run, balloons, walk to the hot springs and everything in town. The apartment is right above the pizza place with live outdoor music every night. While we loved hearing the music I imagine some may not. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the microwave but everything seemed stocked and clean. Parking was amazing and we never moved the car.
Jacque allowed us to keep the car parked after check out so we didn’t have to worry about parking in town on Sunday.
The only suggestion for improvement from us is the apartment could use some new fluffy pillows.

Had a great visit
We were in a great location with things very close. Had a good text conversation with the property manager, (she replied right away). Quiet location. Well worth the money.

Great location! Short walk to hot springs resort and San Juan river (Riverwalk trail). The loft was very clean and in great condition. Lots of space to spread out. I like to cook rather than eat at restaurants all the time, and found everything I needed to prepare and eat meals. Beds were good, lots of extra pillows/blankets and plenty of comfy seating in the living room area with large TV to relax at night with the fam. Washer/dryer as well if you need to do laundry on vacation (I hope not!). Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! This place is perfect. Very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. Great central location for walking to nearby businesses. Pagosa Springs is a blast!!

Perfect for our quick ski trip
Quick ski trip with my 12 yr old. This place was just what we wanted! Beds are very firm - but didn't both us at all. Unit also has washer/dryer which came in very handy for dirty ski stuff. Thanks!

Can’t beat the location.
Comfortable stay. Loved the location. Key pad was tricky and we couldn’t access dumpster, but otherwise no complaints! Will definitely do our best to stay here again.

Great quick trip to ski with my son. Very clean and everything worked well. The hardness of the beds originally freaked us out but it was the BEST I HAVE EVER SLEPT AT ELEVATION. Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. Was a short trip and we were close to town and the coffee shop and pizza place below were top notch. I only have one complaint. The wifi was non existing and the TV would not work but other than that a very pleasant stay!
