This was the perfect property and location for our family vacation! It had so much to offer, was very well taken care of and just a few minutes walk to the beach and all North Beach amenities. We loved it!

I booked this property in November for a mid May guys trip. I have stayed at this house once before back in 2019 and loved it. Mark was always available to answer any of my questions i had via call or text. The house is in a perfect location in the resort, closest house to walk down to the main resort, pool area, and beach access. Also North Myrtle is in my opinion one of the best areas of Myrtle Beach. The complex is directly across the street from Barefoot Landing with plenty of things to do and places to eat for all ages.
The house itself has everything you and your family/friends need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Two car garage, beach items in the garage to use, good size patio with pool and lounge chairs, along with a grill and table that seats 6. Inside there are 2 good sized master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, and 2 other bedrooms with 2 fullsize beds in each room and their own full bathrooms. All the bedding is new and the house was spotless upon arrival. Fully functional kitchen with all cookware there to use.
We wanted to have some blended margharitas one day, pulled the blender out to use it, only to find out it was broken. I made a phonecall to Mark and gave him the heads up about it. Within one hour of my phonecall, he had a brand new blender delivered to the front door. Mark is a gentlman and would not hesitate to rent this property or any other property he manages!

This is a lovely vacation home. We enjoyed the cozy private heated pool during our visit. The resort is very close, maybe a 5 minute walk at most. There are plenty of restaurants in the area - every chain you can think of, and a number of independent ones. We would stay again! Host was helpful and very communicative.

We stayed here for a golf trip and absolutely enjoyed it. It was 8 guys, but the house was plenty spacious for the 8 of us. House looks great online but is even prettier in person. Everything was clean, and looked brand new. Check in/check out process was super easy. The host was always available via phone if we needed anything. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Access to the north beach resort was an added plus with its great pools and hot tubs (5 min walk). Beach is also a very short 5 minute walk from the house. Location was perfect for us as we played several rounds at the barefoot resort across the street from the house, and were close to several other top golf courses in the area. We loved staying here, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. - Kenil

My husband and 13 year old son rented this lovely home in North Myrtle Beach to be near our 18 year old son who was staying at nearby Myrtlewood with his college baseball team at the Ripken Experience for spring training. We had such a wonderful time, the house was spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after a day of watching baseball! Also an added bonus was beach access and the use of the nearby hotel amenities. The host was great and we hope to book this same property again for next year, but hopefully next year we will plan to have a longer stay.

We selected this home for our annual girls Christmas trip this year and it did not disappoint. It was a great choice, Mark was great to work with, house was exactly as described and very clean. Would definitely recommend and will book again in the future. Check-in process was a breeze and although it may not always be available we were able to get an early check in for our trip. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Very easy check-in/check out process and great location. Great communication with owner. The house is spacious and beautiful. Loved everyone having their own bathroom! The amenities at North Beach were fun and convenient to use as well.

Overall experience was FANTASTIC!!. Property fit all our needs, Great kitchen since we cooked alot to save money and enough bedrooms for everyone and BATHROOMS! No sharing= AWESOME! Our own pool to relax and have fun. Location was great. Walking distance to beach and resort pool just minutes away. Just an AMAZING time. Memories last forever.

A group of woman and myself stayed over Mother's Day weekend. It's is such a beautiful home. Love the response time from the owners. We had a blast and love the interior as well as the exterior of the home. We definitely rent from them again.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Everything seemed to be new. It was within walking distance to the resort. Bed set up was perfect for our group. Mark the property manager was awesome. We had an amazing experience with Mark and this property! For the last seven years instead of exchanging Christmas presents we all take the same week in August off and pitch in for a house we can all enjoy. As our family has grown to now include four kids ages 6 and under the type of vacation we choose has changed! This house was perfect! The proximity to the beach and pool was a quick walk, the amenities at the resort were excellent and the location to the boardwalk and night time activities was perfect. We spent most of our days between the pool and beach and the house had all we needed for both. Chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, nothing was overlooked. Additionally, the pool at the house was a perfect size for the kids! The kitchen and common areas were well-stocked so all we had to do was grab some groceries on arrival and we were set for the week. We found the proximity to stores to be convenient and a few times did Insta Cart to make it even easier. The booking process, check in and check out were very simple. Mark was extremely responsive and with all of us traveling from different places arriving at random times he was able to provide access to the resort amenities early! Such a nice option after a long day of travel. By the last day everyone was so sad to leave. We had a perfect week making memories to last a lifetime. We loved it so much we’ve already rebooked for next year! Thank you!

Amazing!
From check in to check out this was an amazing experience! Our host was great and the property was perfect…from location to layout we could not have asked for more! As for location, it’s a very short walk to the pools and beach! And as far as layout goes, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the layout was such that you could not hear the guests in the other bedrooms and when traveling with little kids that is a HUGE plus! And the small pool was very refreshing as well! I highly recommend this property and host and hope to make this stay an annual tradition.

Best Host, Great Location!
Mark is the best host! He was on top of everything, immediately. This is exactly what you hope for when you book a private home. Thank you Mark! The location of this home is ideal. It is so close to the beach and pool resort. And it is a short drive away from Barefoot Landing and many other places. If you are going to be in the Myrtle Beach area, we highly recommend staying at Mark’s place.

Loved it
The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, walk to the winery and other activities, plus walk to go eat and we loved that. Access to the resort pool was also amazing. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Golf weekend
Came down with a group of 8 guys for a golfing weekend. The house was perfect for us with 2 king beds and 4 double beds and each room having its own full bathroom! It is the closest house to the resort, just a short 2 minute walk to the resort pools.
Mark made the entire process easy and efficient, checking in with me after booking and a few days before we arrived and was super responsive and flexible with our needs surrounding our arrival and departure times, allowing us to check in early and store our bags later on the day of our departure.
I will be back here with my family very soon and hope to stay at the same house.

Perfect location and beautiful property
This property was perfect for our family of 11 with two toddlers. Nice finishes and furnishings. Quick walk to the beach and close enough to walk to Barefoot Landing's shops/restaurants, etc. We LOVED the private, heated pool for the cooler days of our trip in late October. Appreciated the pool/beach toys available in the garage. Unfortunately there were some areas in the home that weren't cleaned as expected (floors, oven, refrigerator) but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great house!
Great house, great location, great host made for a great vacation. The modern furnishings and artwork were just my style. The beds were comfortable and a bath for each bedroom a plus. It is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Mark was quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location
We take a couple of long weekend (4 days) trips to Myrtle Beach each year. This property is at the top of list . Downstairs master was ideal for the mobility impaired member of our group. Loved the layout of the house. Easy access for shopping and dining out. Access to the resort was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the day we spent lounging at the house by the private pool as well. Mark was great to work with! Kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Luxury home
Beautifully decorated upscale home, nice bed linens and clean fluffy white towels. I loved that the light switches and remote controls were labeled. Entry to the home was super easy and being able to park in the garage was a bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Pots and pans were brand new! The plunge pool is smaller than a normal pool but the kids loved the privacy so much that they didn't want to go back over to the big pools at North Beach. To my surprise, they had more fun and it was easier to supervise them. It's located less than 10 minutes from Walmart or Publix grocery store. Top notch stay and I didn't want to leave!

Family Vacay
The house was very nice, clean and large enough for all family members. We only had a few issues but upon contacting Mark, he acknowledged and took care of everything in a timely manner. We will be sure to reach out to Mark again when we hopefully return in 2022.

Golf / Vacation Week
The property was as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room for the rainy days. Mark was easy to work with. When we had a question a simple text message was replied to within minutes. We've been staying at North Beach since it's inception and this home was the cream of the crop.

This is a wonderful, clean house in a perfect location. Mark was such a communicative host and made the process super easy. We have stayed at this resort multiple times and this was the easiest. most efficient process ever.

Surprisingly Amazing
I originally thought the house was going to be too small for the 9 of us and it would be too loud being so close to other homes. It was unbelievably quiet, couldn't even hear the rain. It was beautifully decorated and the condition of everything was impeccable. It was truly an amazing week!

Relaxing vacation
Great house for our family vacation. We all had a great time in the pool and outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and very close to Barefoot Landing. The provided beach chairs, sand toys, beach cart, etc. were wonderful for our trips to the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for a group to stay at, as each bedroom has their own bathroom, and there is plenty of space in the common areas for everyone to hang out together.
