The house was a perfect setup for our family. The family room and bedroom upstairs worked really well for my daughter, son in law and their 3 year old. The house provided toys for my grandson which kept him busy and happy. We really appreciated that. The outside deck was really nice and a good place to congregate.

This house was a great place to stay for a week in Ocean Beach. The location was perfect, situated equally between town and the beach. The host was very responsive before our stay and throughout the week and the house itself was in great condition and very comfortable.

Great location, very clean and recently re-done house. Grilled and ate at home several nights, easy walk to beach. I liked that we could easily enjoy Seaview and Ocean Beach. Four kids, four adults, everyone enjoyed it. So much baby stuff which was really helpful for us. Owners were great, very responsive by text. Planning to come back next summer.

We grew up on FI and enjoy coming back with our family. Our check in process was a breeze. When we contacted the owner upon arrival about a few things needing attention, they made FAST remedies. We had a mix of ages and visitors throughout our stay. There was plenty of games, toys, towels, etc. to keep everyone happy. My hubby's favorite spot was sitting out front on the private 'beach' listening to music and chatting with people walking by. The back deck accommodated all of us, guests, a splash pad. We enjoyed the fire pit and of course never showered inside! Suggestions; The stairwell to loft is very dark with NO outlets for night lights. A bit unsafe when navigating during the night to use bathroom. We purchased some lanterns to set on stairs and landing which helped (2 days in) There is a hall light, but without a door it is not optimum for sleep. T The last suggestion would be to organize the kitchen cabinets a bit better. (I'm sure it's difficult with weekly renters) But good organization would help renters know 'where' to put things back.
