This house has become our home away from home..Every Year it's Awesome! Kevin is the Man! Beautiful place, location is Amazing!

The property itself is nice, except for the shower. My girlfriend fell on our second morning and it really had a negative impact on our trip. Charleston/Folly Beach is an area that requires mobility and she spent a lot of time elevating her knee and icing it. Property manager offered a refund, but by then, it was too late. I didn't want the money. I wanted an enjoyable trip and that was ruined when the shower mat slipped out from under her. Also, the location is nice, but that can be sort of a negative, too. People park in the yard. Walk out to drink your coffee and there is a caravan of folks 15-20 feet away from you. Didn't like that at all. .

House was great! It had everything we needed. About a block or so to the beach and 3 blocks from downtown Folly - couldn’t ask for a better location.

We loved the spacious kitchen and dining room where all of our family could be together. The living room was a great size as well. Probably our favorite part of the property was the outdoor space including a beautiful back porch with shades, a grill, and an outdoor shower. The backyard was also a great spot to toss around a football and run and play with our little girl. We also felt thag the house was very clean and the property manager, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful.

The location of the property was great! Just a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach and only a few blocks to all of the restaurants and shops on Center St. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the large deck in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little home. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and walking to nearby restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway…Kevin has everything you can think of or would need available. One block (if that) off the beach and outdoor shower is very convenient. Will definitely try to book again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. This was our second time staying here. Everything was clean and well stocked. It is so close to town and the beach. Kevin is a great host! Thank you again for another great vacation!

The house is in such a great location; so close to the beach and town! It’s obvious it’s very well maintained. The kitchen was so well stocked, that we didn’t need to even use any of the supplies we brought with us! Kevin provided a lot of great info prior to arrival, however, I sent a few emails when we were there and never received any response. The front door lock is confusing to use as it’s not a dead bolt but appears to be. There were several times we thought the door was locked based on the check in instructions, only to find it was not, which makes me feel unsafe. Make sure you are checking the door before bed because we made that mistake at least once. House was overall very clean, but the bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning. There was some mildew buildup in the shower as well as toothpaste splatter on the walls from previous guests. Overall, we would definitely book again!

This was our third stay and we love it every time! The outdoor shower is awesome, the house is clean and well stocked. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the back deck is fantastic. We will be back!

Great location, very clean and had everything we need except for the crappie weather. 😆 If you're looking for a place to stay in Folly Beach this is it.

This is my second stay at this property. It's a great place! The outdoor shower is private and wonderful; no one in our group showered inside once! I love that it's far enough from center street to feel quiet and a little secluded, yet close enough to walk for dinner. Loved it here! Very clean as well and dog friendly which is always a bonus!

We've been coming to Folly about this time every year and have stayed next door for the past 4 years...had to relocate to 314 W. Cooper this year but we weren't disappointed...I especially liked the kitchen/living arrangement - the way it was arranged made it very comfortable and this kitchen was very well stocked with any equipment you could think of! Enjoyed the back deck as the beach was super windy this year so glad to have had that available...this is a really nice quiet neighborhood which we appreciate because it's still not far to walk to the Center street area where the restaurants and shops are...lots of places to get some good food! Nice neighborhood to be able to walk your dog if you bring one - he loved it! Also great for bike rides... Planning to be back next year!

The house was a great size for our family of four, and in a perfect Folly location! Just a few blocks from the downtown Folly restaurants, so close enough to walk but far enough to not hear the noise from downtown. One street away from the beach with a great outdoor shower to rinse off all of the sand when you get back. The kitchen was also stocked with any cooking supplies you would need. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a treasure! The location was fantastic--close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The home was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any cooking utenstil/appliance you could need. The enclosed outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) was perfect after a fun day at the beach. This is a perfect place for a family getaway, and a place we will definitely come to again! The owner and property manager were great to work with. It was a dream place and we highly recommend it!!

Kevin is an awesome host. We will definitely rent from him again for our next trip to Folly Beach. House was clean and well stocked. Beautiful kitchen, spacious family room, quiet neighborhood. Communication was prompt for all inquiries. Loved the location. Very walkable, felt very safe walking the beach and exploring the town. If you love birds, the backyard is a fly zone for herons, egrets, and I was lucky enough to be there to see the woodstorks. Kevin provided many recommendations for restaurants and places to explore. Really enjoyed being in a house and "living" there for two months compared to a short one week vacation. There was always something new to see on our beachwalks. Starfish, jellyfish, sanddollars - washed up from storms. Loved seeing the pelicans and dolphins. Lots of shells and shark's teeth to collect. A fun town to be in for the holidays - tree lighting ceremony, Christmas Parade, Christmas Eve candlelight service at Methodist Church. A special treat was getting to walk the new pier on opening day. Kudos to all those that built the pier, it was beautiful with lots of amenities. It was an amazing beach sabbatical that I will always treasure. Felt very blessed to experience life in the fun beach town.

Everything went according to the detailed email we received prior to the trip. The house was clean and the location to the beach was an added bonus. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this house. The property manager sent a thorough email prior to the trip with check-in details and also recommendations for restaurants and what not, which was nice. The house was clean and the location was great. Close walk to the beach and was also a nice quiet neighborhood for walking our dogs. It was also a short walk to the heart of Folly beach which was nice for visiting the local shops and restaurants.

Our stay was a good one. The house allowed plenty of room for the family to spread out. It was an easy walk to the park, beach, and Center St.

The house had everything my friends and I needed to enjoy our stay, we had a fantastic time. If I were to critique anything it would have to be the single beds in the back bedroom were a bit too firm and the bed was noisy when I turned over, but that's personal preference.

Extremely well stocked house. Favorite area was the deck and chairs and the outside shower. The whole family was happy to shower outside. Have nothing negative to say at all. Kevin was great. Thank you so much.
