This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. The house and location were perfect for a week long stay. Mickey and Allison were wonderful hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property.

This is a new, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, beachfront home. The hosts were terrific and immediately answered any questions we had. There was a myriad of games for any rainy days. The beach is scattered with coquina rock and the home is a short walk/bike ride from a State Park. A 15-mile paved walking/bike trail runs directly in front of the house. We'd definitely recommend this home.

The owners we talked to personally were so nice and if we had issues could contact them. The house was very nice. The beds, showers, kitchen. Amazing. Myself, family and parents loved it. It's so private. The rocks we actually enjoyed as it was like we had the beach to ourselves. No crowding nothing. We would definitely come back here and the owners are awesome.

House beautifully decorated. Owner/manager very kind and helpful. Everything on VRBO WAS spot on. We have rented frequently using VRBo and this was by far the best place we have stayed in continental US.

This property is amazing! Location is perfect! House is phenomenal! Ocean view with direct access to beach. Deck with gorgeous view. Outdoor fireplace, grill, garage, plenty of outdoor seating. If you are looking at this property stop looking and rent. You will not be disappointed at all. Highly recommend and we will book again.

This was my first time traveling to Florida to snowbird for the month of February and first time staying in this particular area of Florida. I wasn’t sure what to expect on so many levels. All of my expectations were not only met but far exceeded. The home is new, super clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the large windows is impressive to say the least and if you aren’t one to venture out to the beach, you still get to experience the beauty and sound of the ocean from the upper main level and the covered porch that runs almost its entire length. The portion of beach is so unique and I had never seen or even heard of the coquina rocks which extend in both directions. My daughter and her children enjoyed being out there almost every day, finding amazing shells and splashing in the tide pools and digging in the wide swath of sand during low tide. Very private with only a few people here and there taking walks. The surrounding area is also very laid back, not what I expected being right on the A1A but with a grocery store 5 minutes south along with some local restaurants and a great little food truck at Marineland within walking distance to the north. Within 15 minutes you have everything else you need along with some really nice parks and natural features to explore. Mickey is a great host and so easy to communicate with. He and his wife provided a detailed home guide which helped us so much. They were also quick to answer any questions we had throughout our entire stay. To sum it up, it will be difficult to top this first snowbird experience and I highly recommend this home away from home, whether for a short getaway or extended vacation.

Christmas in St.. Augustine is always magical, and our stay here made it even better. It was our first Christmas with our new granddaughter so having the family all be together was extra special. The two living areas were perfect as our oldest worked remotely for the first part of the week and had ample quiet space for business. The extra touches were much appreciated and added to our enjoyment. A huge thank you to Mickey and Allason!

This newly built home wad the best oceanfront home we’ve ever said in and we’ve stayed in many. We had an amazing week really appreciated the layout and decor of this perfect home. The king master bed was very comfortable and the king bathroom blew us away. We really appreciated all the amenities and extras, which completely exceeded expectations. The view and proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better in this private area. We can’t wait to return. Thank you again!

This was our first time staying in the Palm Coast area and the accomadations of the house were terrific. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided and communications with the host was always timely. Surf fished every day right in front of the house and had very good success. This was one of our best places we have ever stayed in Florida - will look forward to returning.

This property is amazing and so beautiful. It exceeded our expectation, and this is a unanimous opinion shared by our entire family. It is one of a few times where we could say that the place looks even better than in pictures. The hosts, Mickey and his wife, were so caring and thorough. We had everything at our disposal and more. The property was very well cared for and presented a very high-end quality stay for its guests. The house is accessible to grocery stores and other necessities but is also in a more quiet area and locates right on the beach. Backyard is beautifully laid out and is very private, with the beach only a few short steps away that we considered our own for the week. It is also a convenient drive to St. Augustine (less than 30 minutes) and an easy drive to Orlando Theme Parks or Kennedy Space Center (within an hour and half). We had a wonderful week during our stay and would definitely return if our summer vacation takes us back to this part of Florida. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us!!!

We were extremely lucky to book this house during the 4th of July holiday. We saw fireworks from so many directions. Just steps to the beach, we also enjoyed morning and evening walks, watching the sunrises and sunsets, and shell hunting. The kids loved exploring the coquina rocks. This gorgeous house was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a great location. We were able to visit Washington Oaks, River to Sea Preserve, Matanzas Inlet, St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Daytona Beach. The ease of traveling both North and South on A1A was wonderful. The communication with Mickey was top notch. We had everything we needed and more. His home guide helped us learn about the house before we arrived and also while we were there. The house was extremely clean, had lovely decorations, and was well organized. It was also great to have beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc available. The kids' favorite part of our vacation was the house and the beach. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer in the mud room and a water house just outside of the mud room to wash off after beach trips. We can't thank you enough, Mickey! Thanks for a great experience!

This house is awesome! Location right on the beach just down from Marineland. The beach access is a very easy walk through the yard; plenty of chairs, beach games, canopy/umbrellas for use at the beach. Beach is quiet at the house even on a holiday weekend, busier down by Marineland at public beach-still not crazy busy like the bigger beaches are. Plenty of places to walk trails close by as well. The house inside is wonderful. Kitchen has all the essentials. Very clean. Awesome picture windows with ocean views along with a covered second story patio. Beautifully decorated inside. Beds comfy and plenty of comfortable couches to cozy up and watch a movie on the big screen TV. Thanks so much Mickey for having us for the week-we will certainly be back!!

Loved being so close to Marie land, great place to take the kids. Loved the beach and all the surrounding parks within walking distance. Absolutely ecstatic about the house. Gorgeous house with a beautiful location. The house was very accommodating and extremely well organized. The owner provided all the little extras and great communication along the way. Would definitely recommend these accomodations to anyone!

The house had everything anyone could want for a great stay. Absolutely loved the beach. Haven’t seen a beach like that in Florida where you have the coquina rocks to wake around on and explore. Loved being that close to marineland as well.

Main negative issue was location, house sits right on A1A which is a very busy highway so there is constant traffic noise. You could not carry on a conversation on the deck or backyard. Also very dangerous pulling in and out of the driveway.The short path to the beach is filled with snakes and if you do get past them, the beach is filled with huge boulders so you are not able to fish or go in the water.The house itself is fancy and well stocked but every noise is magnified because of open floor plan and no rugs. People downstairs heard every sound, even water running thru the pipes. Not good for more than 2 people.
