Not much

Horrible neighborhood. Dirty yard broken blinds disgusting dirty mattress in master closet. Horrible smell from air conditioning. Poor communication all the way around. Not Sure if that was booking issue or property management.

That is was close to the river

They hardly have any utensils. I had to locate the towels in the garage I folded and put away since there were non provided. I had to sweep the my rooom had sand and sun flower seeds. My mother in law bed collapsed while she was laying on it she is elderly and on oxygen and luckily was not injured. The main suite restroom had toothpaste in the sink and was dirty. The communal restroom had a dirty rug it had blood on it and there were crumbs on the floor. The backyard had old dog crap no one picked up.

Location was good--easy access to stores and restaurants. Nice fenced in yard for our dogs. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved having a washer and dryer on site.

The kitchen lacked items necessary for preparing meals. As an adult I didn't like eating off plastic dinnerware. We were asked to leave the house as clean as when we arrived. However, there was limited cleaning supplies. I did purchase a few items to clean with. There was no patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy sunsets. My husband did buy a used chaise lounge so I could enjoy the sunshine.

Great layout. Lovely neighborhood.

Bare necessities,no coffee filter but coffee. No washer and dryer. Only one tv.

We loved the first aid kit and extra linen.

We saw a bug upon arrival

The property was located in a great central area literally so close to the softball which is where we were in a tournament. Contact person for property was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. I had a few questions and he returns my call within minutes.
