The apartment exceeded the expectations.Location cannot be better,the flat is in a historical building just in a main square of the town placed over a big underground parking.The interior design is excellent and inovative.The space is over the needs,the wiew in the square very nice.All the facilities very good.Great choice of restaurants around .Every euro well used.

Wow ! Fabulous apartment in a great location, close to historic sights, restaurants, shops etc. We were in the top floor appartment (no lift) which had a great view and was very well equipped. Easy to park near the property.

Exceptional location on Place du Raillement in the beating heart of downtown Angers, exceptional standard of decor with high drama LED backlit moulded ceilings, top quality finishes, interesting sculptures and artwork and very generous volume open plan kitchen dinner and lounge. The drama continues in the bedrooms. Tall and numerous windows behind thick high quality electric curtains. Huge lounge TV maybe 85 inches or more made for impressive Netflix viewing with sound bar. Numerous air conditioners. One very high standard house shower and a large private multi colour LED lit jacuzzi bath. A unique experience. Ollivier and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

Only chink in the armor is a single toilet to serve 3 bedrooms but other facilities more than compensated.

Only one thing- there is no lift to 5 appartament . Stairs to the top of the building is very long and narrow.

The appartement itself is amazing. Very clean, very luxurious and beautifully decorated. The explanations to get to the building were clear and the owners very responsive.

There are four apartments that can be rented in the building. We were in one of the top floor apartments. In the apartment next door, there was a party going on that started at 6 PM and lasted till 2AM. We put on the loudspeakers in our apartment to cover the sounds of voices, laughter and it was doable as long as the music was on. We were then woken up at 4.30 AM by another party in the building (apartment on the first floor) which was still going on at 7 AM. Students singing happy birthday in the stairwell, etc. So while the beds were comfy, we didn't sleep much. I would like to add that the owner was very responsive when we contacted her wrt the first party in the beginning of the evening. Clearly the owners don't condone these parties, but it did spoil our weekend.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, the coffee was superb, the location could not be better. Magnifique.

Perfect location, right in the centre of the city. The property is a really good size (perfect for families) and is furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

There was only one minor issue - no lift and the stairs were fairly steep. Fine if you yard young but not for an old f**t like me
