Great location! Walking distance to all of downtown Folly but away enough it’s quiet at night. Pickleball and playground within walking distance. Beach access couple blocks away and easy walk! The home and outdoor space is gorgeous. The pool was perfect and paid for heating it and it was warm! Due to the cooler weather on our trip the warm pool saved the vacation!!

I can't say enough about this property! It was everything we'd hoped and more. It was our first visit to Folly Beach and we already want to go back. The house was amazing, the owner thought of everything. Our kids loved the pool table and we enjoyed the heated pool everyday! The house was decorated so beautifully, it's even prettier in person! It was located in the perfect spot a short walk to the beach and into town. We rated it a 20 out of 10!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful rental.

This was our second time on folly island and couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. From the outdoor area which is amazing for spending family time together to the entire inside of the house you won’t be disappointed. My daughter who is 4 loved finding different areas in the house where there were toys to play with and my son who is 14 loved playing pool and playing music through the built in stereo system. We just left folly 2 days ago and are already figuring out our dates for 2025 to book with Allison.

I have been going to Folly Beach for the better part of a decade now and have gotten to know it fairly well. My father actually lives right around the corner in a lovely, but small house and we usually stay with him. But, with him and his wife getting a little older and my kids getting into their teens and early 20’s, we needed somewhere we could call our own and hopefully have a little more space to enjoy. Well, this house was the absolute perfect solution. First off, it’s clean, well appointed and with tons to do on a sunny (or rainy) day. Having the pool with the covered BBQ and outdoor dining area was a game changer for us. And directly adjacent to the outdoor areas is the great room with TV, music (excellent playlists included), more dining and a pool table! So fun! The kitchen is perfectly layed out, has everything you need and is not left completely stripped of the basics like so many rental houses have been for us in the past. The bedrooms are well sized, beds are comfortable, showers are great and the kids room has a bunch of toys for the little ones. On top of it all, the owners couldn’t have been more clear and responsive to our needs. All of this just two blocks from the beach!!! We couldn’t have been more happy with our thanksgiving week here and will do it again during spring and summer. Highly recommend!

We loved the pool table and the overall ambience of the house. It was so close to the beach and downtown but also had a nice off the beaten path feel to it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and everything worked as described. Lots of little signs to help you use all the amenities, kitchen, the Sonos sound system etc. We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor area. Our visit was in October and it was totally worth it to have the pool heated, everyone loved it! Our friends we thrilled when they saw the pool table, which is on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms — a nice touch if you have kids with an early bedtime but the adults want to stay up and play pool or hang out by the swimming pool. The beach is super close and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. For parents of little ones there are a few interior steps with a barn door (you can see them in the pictures) but with no latch which our toddler figured out very quickly. Wasn’t an issue in the end with a bit of extra diligence as he was learning to go up and down stairs safely anyway. Thanks for a lovely stay, great home!

Loved staying in this beautiful home! It was immaculate and provided everything you could possibly want. The pool was clean and the property is very well maintained. Great outdoor area to relax. The pool was perfect. The beds were all comfortable. Lots of space for 6 adults. One item to note: if you have adults utilizing the bedroom that had the twin/trundle bed, there really isn’t a dedicated dresser for that room however, this wouldn't keep us from renting again at all. Kitchen had everything you would need. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor one. With regard to the outdoor shower curtain, bring clips to keep the curtains together. If there is a breeze, the curtain tends to stick to you/pulls apart. Quiet area, felt private and was truly a great find on Folly!!

Just returned from our second stay at this beautiful property and enjoyed it just as much as last year! The property is very clean, in a great location and the pool is fabulous! We hope to return next year!

This was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it. The island is small and easily travelled from tip to tip with a golf cart (which we highly recommend renting by the way). The house was perfectly located away from any congestion, a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (we used the golf cart when lugging chairs, boards, coolers, etc and walked when just heading for a swim). The house is very comfortable and in Great condition. We loved the pool and swam every day typically with a lunch and or dinner meal off the grill. At night we relaxed with games of billiards (house has a pool table) or a movie or board game. Bert’s market is close and has generally what you need, we made a night ice cream run a typical occurrence and picked up last minute (butter, ketchup, snacks, etc) as needed (again leveraging that golf cart - we rented from Charleston Golf Carts).

We stayed at this beautiful house in Folly Beach with our daughter. son-in-law and three grandchildren ages 6, 4, and 14 months. The house and property were PERFECT! The kids (and adults as well) LOVED the private pool! The kids love what they call “Night Swims!” The whole patio, pool area and outdoor kitchen were unbelievable! The inside was so comfortable and beautifully furnished… but VERY “kid-friendly!” The kids brought their own toys… but also enjoyed the toys that were available to them in the house! The large table in the “game room” was the perfect spot for “crafts” as the kids LOVE to draw, color and create with play-dough! They had PLENTY to keep them occupied when we took breaks from the sun, pool and walks to the beach ( which was just 5 minutes away.) The kitchen offered plenty of space and was well-stocked with the essentials… what we didn’t find - we purchased and left for the next set of guests! The bedrooms were roomy… the beds VERY. Comfy! Allison Atwood!!!!!! You truly have a GEM here!!!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy an amazing week! Thank you for being so welcoming and hospitable! Word cannot express how grateful we are!!!!!

Couldn’t have been happier. Proximity to beach and playground were perfect. Patio and pool were perfect while our son was napping.

This property is perfect for small groups, there's something for everyone (heated pool, covered cabana kitchen, a pool table, quiet places to read) and room to spread out for any number of activities. The home is very well stocked with many thoughtful additions, making it feel like home. We loved our time here & would recommend this one for the value...we'll be back again!

This property has so much to offer. Our group was all adults, but options for having small children would be great as well. Clean, comfortable, the perfect location to the beac and access to town if needed.

The property had everything we could have needed during our stay. The outdoor space was great, a short walk to the beach and downtown folly. The owner was very responsive to any questions before and during our trip! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house so much. It was perfect for our two families! All the beds were comfortable, it was so well stocked with anything you might need and had lots of different spaces for people to congregate in. The pool was amazing, especially for young kids...ours barely came out of it at all! It was an easy walk to the beach and quick drive into Charleston. Allison was very communicative and a great host. We’ll be back - highly recommend!

A great stay - everything as expected. Kitchen well stocked for some cooking though we chose to enjoy dining in the local environs. Grilled some fresh grouper from Crosby’s one night - a privilege to be so close to fresh catch! Short walk to the beach - all in all, exactly waht we needed - thanks again!

This was such a perfect house for us. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, and the mattresses are awesome. Two TV/living spaces, nice kitchen, and the backyard is incredible. The heated pool was probably the highlight of the trip.

Our stay was outstanding. Unfortunately there was a cold front they came through during our spring break week that we were there, so it was not our usual Charleston beach trip. The heated pool saved us, as it gave the kids something to do. The pool at times was not very warm and too cold for adults but I guess they was due to the weather. Alison was very responsive with any issues that had which were minimal. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking equipment, spices, beach toys, ect. Having a tv in every room is a requirement for us, so that was nice. The pool table is fun, however where it is does not allow you to fully play as your stick hits walls or windows. The washing machine had a very musky smell to it when we entered but fortunately clothes did not hold the smell. We could not for the life of us figure out how to cut off the under cabinet and counter lights so it stayed pretty bright in the living room at night. Short walk to the beach, we rented a cart to get around but it’s not a long walk to central street. Overall, wonderful stay!

From the location, to the pool, proximity to the beach, we enjoyed our time thoroughly. Our host was so responsive and was a delight.

My sisters and I rented this property for a week and had a wonderful stay. The home has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. We enjoyed using the pool each day (visited the end of February/beginning of March, so I paid to have it heated). The beds are extremely comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. All of the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Thanks to Allison for sharing her lovely home.

The house was even nicer in person than in the listing pictures! Everything was very clean, modern and well appointed. The pool and outdoor space were spectacular. Allison was easy to deal with and responded to any questions we had during the rental process and our stay. We will definitely be back!

This house served the intended purpose. And more! Roomy bedrooms, equipped kitchen, rec room was perfect with pool table, large TV, and fireplace/pit for ambiance. Highlight was the outdoor pool. It was January so we paid extra fee for heating. We had our grandaughters stop over and they loved the pool!!! It was just what we needed and more! Thank you Allison! Sharon

My family, with two children - 8 yrs & 10 yrs, reserved this house to share a long weekend with their grandparents and aunt. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier. Not only did the weather cooperate with our November getaway, but the house was the perfect gathering point. The kitchen is pretty well and thoughtfully stocked, the pool table was so fun, and oh my gosh, that salt water pool was perfect - especially happy we decided to splurge on the heating. We ate all of our meals outside, and with the sun going down early this time of year, the only thing we could have wished for is a little lighting in the covered porch. But, on the other hand, I'm sure that helped keep the mosquitos at bay. The beautiful, soft sandy beach was just a short walk away, and I'm not sure if it's a reflecting of the less busy season, but it never was crowded. All in all, really a great place to spend some time with family. Thank you, Allison!
