Nice property. Easy to get in and out. Quick responses to all questions we had. Comfortable two bedroom townhome that allowed us to relax and hang out following a full day of skiing. Easy access to Frisco's Main Street.

The rental unit and experience was one of the bwest I have ever had from arranging the rental to gaining access. The unit was clean and had everything imaginable you would need as if it was your own home. Teh neighborhopoid was quite and had easy access to the town. It was centally located to most of the ski resorts which made it easy to come home after a long day of riding without having to fight the traffic on I70. I would rent this unit again.

As compared to many other rentals we've had on VRBO, this property was just ok. The mattress in the 'master' suite needs to be replaced because it sags significantly in middle of it. The kitchen had a missing cabinet door when we arrived. But the unit was otherwise clean and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with cooking pots and pans. It could use a larger skillet, however. The location in Frisco was convenient.

Easy from start to finish. The property was in excellent condition and exceptionally quiet. It is convenient to everything, from the Frisco Main Street businesses to all the area ski resorts. We plan to rent again in the future.

The home was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and plenty spacious for our group of 4 adults. The location is great for access to skiing in the area, and there are many great food options and things to do right down the street. Communicating with Summit was very easy, check in/out instructions were very clear and simple. We will definitely look to come back for our next trip to ski in Colorado!

We used the condo in Frisco as our “base camp” for our ski trip. The property was very nice, restaurants within walkable distance. All in all a great trip and the condo was big part of it.

Check-in instructions are incorrect for front door lock. Wife got flea bites from master bed. Master bed mattress horrible, pillows are also bad. Grill appears out of propane. Coffee maker needs repaired.

we skiied 3 different mountains and this was a great centrally located condo right off I-70 in Frisco - close to restaurants (we love Lost Cajun and the coffee shop across the street) - condo was nicely updated and decorated - will definitely stay again

Enjoyed the view, It was close to shopping and restaurants. Location was great for getting anywhere and close to the home of relatives.
Pillows could have been more comfortable. But otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Lives bigger than it is!
We were pleasantly surprised at well the property lived for being on the smaller side for overall square footage. Our group had 4 adults and there was plenty of seating, the kitchen was very open and the closets and large bedrooms allowed us to stow all of our gear without cluttering up the rest of the space.
Everything in the condo was immaculate and in good repair. The covered, assigned parking space was very nice. The only feedback we would have for the owner is to provide a regular coffee pot. We have traveled to Breck at least a hundred times and know that many owners don't provide coffee and supplies so we always travel with our own just in case. There was a very nice Kuerig maker (that uses pods) but we didn't have those available. There was also a 2 cup french press, but that didn't cut it for 4 grouchy adults who need morning coffee :)

Ski trip
Property was perfect for our crew of two couples. Was walkable into town for restaurants etc. The only shuttle to the slopes was for copper mountain and that wasn’t clear in the listing.

This was a great property, cozy, had what we needed to enjoy some time on the slopes. We only had two but would've fit four comfortably. Would stay again!

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and gadgets and is well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The fireplace was great to warm up after a day of skiing. The location of the condo is great. An easy walk down the street to get to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. We skied everyday at Copper. Just a quick 10 minute car ride or walk down to the bus stop and catch the bus! We didn’t understand how to lock the condo using the keypad and someone from Summit Mountain Rentals got back to me almost immediately, at night, well after office hours, to help me figure it out. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Good location to ski Copper Mountain, just off the interstate I 70. Walking distance to Main St. One of the bedrooms had in floor heating system which was impossible to regulate with the thermostat in the wall, so that bedroom was very hot. I managed by having the windows open at night. Other than that, nice condo with everything you need, well equipped. I would stay there again if The heating situation can be adjusted.
