There is a queen bed, a full size bunk bed, and two areas that can be made into beds that would accommodate 3 to 4 small children. See pictures. The couch and the dinette convert into sleeping areas. At this time we are only interested in offering our RV for travel WITHIN California. If you have an out of state request we are open to discussing it with you. No music festivals or Burning Man. Also, we will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery. Disclosure: We have a GPS tracker in the RV. Pets: We do allow small dogs, NO CATS. You need to disclose that you are bringing a pet and pay the pet fee. If you do not disclose and we find out upon return that you had a pet in our RV we will hold your deposit until we inspect for damages. If damages are found we will get estimates and you will be held responsible for necessary repairs and our time dealing with it.
