The house is fantastic. Great spaces, great views, great location and well furnished. Probably the best VRBO we've rented in Breck. Highly recommend.

We loved having a bathroom for everyone. The teens appreciated being within walking distance to town for coffee shop runs. After a long day of activities, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The videos for how to use things were helpful.

This place hit it out of the park. Impeccably kept and apportioned home in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. Amenities were all there and most excellently located close to Main St. Views were outstanding, neighborhood trails were very handy. Stellar vacay at a stellar home.

Our group of 10 would return to 552 Corkscrew. Minutes from downtown Breckenridge and plenty of resorts close by, this property is perfectly located for your first time visit to CO or if you’ve been there 100 times. The home provides everything you need to relax and make dinner after a long day on the mountain. The staff was attentive and were quick to respond when needed. Thanks Summit!

Very clean and luxurious stay.

This house accommodated our family of 14 perfectly. Four families with grandkids from 5 months to 13. The location was perfect. A quick 3 to 4 min drive to Main Street and to the gondola that goes to peak 8. We used the hot tub nightly even when temps were close to 0 without any problems. The views from the house were phenomenal. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Even sleds for the kids to use. We cooked most every night and the appliances all worked perfectly. Maybe a bigger ice dispenser for the amount of people we had would have been beneficial. All in all it is spectacular and we would love to stay here again if you make that trip again. Thank you so much for adding the beautiful Christmas tree and decor. It put us in the Christmas spirit. Summit Luxury Estates was top notch and we loved working with them. Communication was quick and easy when needed. We will be recommending this house to family and friends. A+

The house was great and Roomy, the hot tube was wonderful after rounds of gold, the host went above and beyond to make the stay great. Will definitely be back with the family!!

This house was perfect for our group of 10 ladies. The great room and outside seating were set up with plenty of room to relax and visit. Bedrooms were all large and having bathrooms for each was key. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Gas fireplaces both upstairs and downstairs were nice to have. I would highly recommend for a large group.

Beautiful house with more than enough room for the 8 adults and 5 kids in our family! Nice and quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to downtown. Really enjoyed watching the red fox walking through the property every day. We would definitely consider this house for a family vacation in the future!

This home couldn't have been more perfect for our family weekend in Breck. So much space and so many spaces to hangout, relax, eat, and have fun.....we used them all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent the weekend in this house with our whole family for our daughter’s wedding! It was more than we hoped for. Spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and so many special touches. The outdoor space was great too! We hope to do it again!!

Great house!! Everything exceeded our expectations and the listing was more than accurate as advertised. The only downside was driving to the ski slopes, which took about 5 minutes. Make sure to leave early as the parking spots get filled very quickly.

This property was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to include all kitchen appliances. The pictures do not do the house justice. The main floor has a very open layout which is good for larger groups. Everything in the house worked with the exception of the outside fireplace igniter. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering it!

We had a fabulous time!

We recently spent a week here with our adult children, spouses and grandkids. The house is terrific and we had plenty of room for all 13 of us. We all enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful surroundings. The property managers were great and responded quickly when we had questions. I hope that when we return, they will have figured out how to allow guests to log on with their own Sonos music. Otherwise, it was a great week and we plan to return next year! We were disappointed that we never saw the moose family that comes by from time to time! But the snowfall was a bonus we did not expect!! Breckenridge is one of our favorite places and Corkscrew Flats was the perfect house for our family!

5th time to visit Breckenridge and best house we’ve stayed in.

Perfect house for our two families. Plenty of space and so clean. Our family loved walking into town from the house. Amazing location!! Would book this house again!

This home is gorgeous and even more beautiful than the photos, if that is even possible. The views of the mountains from the great room were amazing. We enjoyed our sunsets every night. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was enough space for everyone. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
