We loved the spaciousness of the main floor and how close the complex is to all the area attractions. The community center was just a block away and we spent quality time at the pool hot tub and tennis courts. Great overall experience!!

All the space you need for a family and a well equipped kitchen. Rec center is a great addition.

Check in was easy, communication was great, all information needed was included in an email from owners, owner texted to be sure we had their number in case we needed anything. Location of the condo is very convenient. Upon arrival, the condo was clean but quite stuffy with a bit of an odor (maybe previous renters cooked fish). We opened windows and bought a candle at the grocery store. All bathrooms were spotless and there were toiletries available, although we brought our own. New sinks & floor tile in bathrooms, older tubs/showers but good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Nice linens on beds and quality towels in bathrooms & closet. The washer and dryer was very nice and detergent was available, although we brought our own. Both queen-sized mattresses seemed older and need replaced. The kids had plenty of room in the bunk room. The downstairs queen bedroom needs a window blind because it only has a curtain, which makes privacy an issue. The bunk room and the loft do have window blinds. At night we were all too warm, even with all of the windows open. There are a couple of small fans but ceiling fans or stand fans would’ve been much better. There was enough comfortable seating in the living room/dining area as well as a tv, although we didn’t watch it. The gas grill was really clean and the kitchen had a fair amount of dishes, pots, pans for our use. The dishwasher worked well. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher tabs were available, which was nice. The flooring throughout was newer and clean. Parking was ok until a huge party with vans full of people took over but this is nothing the condo owner can prevent. For the most part, everything was quiet during our stay. The pool and hot tub area was nice and there were even pool toys for the kids, although the pool attendant was grouchy toward everyone. We feel a good effort was made to make this condo a nice place to stay, especially given its affordable price point for 8 people.

This was a great choice in the Fraser area. The owners are super easy to work with. Definitely will stay here again!!!

Great location and close to everything! Nice and plenty of room for the 6 of us! Wood burning fireplace was great
