Wonderful home with great outside living area with pool and hot tub. Great place for couples with bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Really roomy! Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Nice location. Close to freeway which made it easy to travel anywhere you needed to be. Game room was a bonus for kids and adults alike.

Great location and house was super clean. We were in town for a baby shower and it was very thoughtful of the owners to leave a gift for our future granddaughter. Hopefully this house is available, when we come back out in the spring..

The house had everything you need to entertain yourselves and in a great location to get where you want to be. Highly recommend. Owners were very responsive to questions.

This home was a great pick! First, the home has all that you need and more. Nice walk-in shower in Master bath. Kitchen fully supply like you were at your own home. Especially liked that the wlk-in pantry was accessible with needed items and had things that past renters left that might be useful. Back Patio was very relaxing and private. And loved the pool and hot tub to enjoy.(Thanks for the access to the rechargeable music box for outside) And the family room with all the games was very nice! I was able to play Pac-Man again (felt like a little kid :) ) The location was perfect too. Everything from eating, entertainment and golf were all within a short drive. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Scottsdale. Highly recommend this place!!!

The house was just as pictured and described. Very clean and had everything we needed. We bbq'd a couple nights on the grill and had fun with the games. Very pleasant experience with the host, always stayed in contact to make sure we didn't need anything

The house had all the little things to make it a great stay! There was coffee, pool floats and a Bluetooth speaker! The layout provided for privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Our stay was comfortable, easy and fun!

Everything was as advertised. Nice house Everything you need for the pool and more. Owners were great and even left us flowers for our anniversary. Would definitely stay here again.

The communication was incredible! This was the first time using VRBO. We have used the “other site” multiple times but wanted to try something different. Process was so much easier. Our host sent house instructions and information over a month prior so that we could ask any questions. They even let us know they were doing some remodeling and assured us not to worry, it would be done before we got there. They did update us and even prior before us getting there they let us know there was some tiny speed bumps that wouldn’t effect our stay which it did not. So we were very thankful for the communication. We also were able to communicate while we were there and couldn’t figure something out and they were very responsive. My son and husbands only request was a big screen TV outside so they could watch football and lounge in the pool. My absolute only complaint because there should always be something that needs improvement is maybe offer extra pillows in the closet if a guest wants them and blankets. My husband likes it cold when he sleeps I hate being cold and always need an extra blanket and extra pillow. Otherwise everything was even more then expected. Oh! Side note… location wise… it is close to everything. Grocery, food, airport, coffee, Dunkin’ Donuts. Places to get nails and hair done, shopping and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in order and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub, the pool, the game room...were all GREAT. The newly renovated master bath was so nice. My wife loved the floor tiles, and they were used in the laundry room too. Communication was extremely fast. We were very pleased, content and happy staying here. Would highly recommend! Our stay was amazing!! The home was beautiful and Dan and Shelly thought of everything. We brought food and supplies to cook and have dinner with the kids and we were amazed at how well equiped the kitchen was for all of our needs. The pool is the perfect size and not too deep for the kids. The arcades and all of the board games made my kids fill their day with fun activities. There is a park, golf course, Fry's, and gas station just outside the neighborhood which we found super convenient (minus the golf course, will be back to visit that another day). Overall we had an amazing weekend and in the words of my 7 year old "we didn't like it...we loved it"

My stay was great. The entire family had a great time. There is something for the whole family here. Definitely will be giving 5 stars and staying here if the family and I find ourselves in Scottsdale again. Thanks Dan & Shelly!

Beautiful home , we had no issues, communication with property owners was flawless! Couldn’t ask for anything more. The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice.
The game room was a fun addition to our stay .The pool was incredible, along with the patio was a great break from the sun.
If i ever go back to Scottsdale, I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

This was a great stay! Well organized, well equipped and helpful communication with the owner. From swimming, to cooking and video games, we had everything we needed have a happy week. Weather cooperated and we had fun morning to night. Was very happy with communication with owner and responsiveness to questions.

The house was exactly as described. Dan was very helpful and made certain we knew the pool wasn’t heated and offered a different property if we wanted to cancel this house. The pool is beautiful and it will be great when they get it heated. We had trouble with the thermostat and Dan was very helpful and he did get it working. We had everything we needed in the house, beds were comfortable. Only suggestion we would have is to turn the water heater up. With six people we could have used more hot water. (Just to let you know this family is accustom to very hot water). I would come to this house again.

Me and my best friend decided to escape the Christmas drama and go to Scottsdale.
Neither of use had ever been to Arizona and we weren't disappointed.
The house was immaculately clean. The house is very stocked with anything you can think of and more.
Dan was a super host and consistently checked on use to ask if we had any questions.
Dan also suggested sites to visit and eating places. We ended up doing all his suggestions.
The only downside is we couldn't use the pool it was way to cold.
I didn't realize it was unheated.
We would both recommend this home away from home.
Perfect house in a perfect location with a wonderful host.
Thank you Dan for a very memorable Christmas.

Dan & Shelly have the most amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. They have something to do for all ages. Their game room with arcade games was a total hit and we spent so much of our time in there! The beds were extremely comfortable, pool area so inviting and sunny and they have everything you would need in their kitchen. They were so generous and got my daughter a pack n play to sleep in and a booster seat for the dinner table. They really do go above and beyond for their guests! You will not regret staying here! Thank you again Dan & Shelly!

Really enjoyed the property and very happy with how attentive Dan was. The house is played out very well. We never felt crowded or in each other's way. With five adults there was plenty of space for all of us.

We came to visit our family. The house was beautiful with lots to do. We enjoyed the arcade games and the darts were a huge hit. The property was in a nice neighborhood and the pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked and the nearby Costco had an excellent selection of steaks and lobster which was a hit. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and spent much of our time outside swimming, visiting, and relaxing in the very private backyard. The beds were great and the house was just so quiet. We had great communication from the owners who kept us informed and reminded us of things we might not remember (like garbage day and pool maintenance guy). We would definitely come back.

Dan and Shelly were fantastic to coordinate with. The home was beautiful and had everything you could want. The pool was fantastic, the multicolored lights at night were so fun. If you are an old arcade enthusiast you will be amazed, not one game my husband couldn’t find on their game machine. We stay in Phoenix 1-2 a year and this was our favorite home. We will be back there to make more memories!

Great property
My family and I had to make an unexpected trip to AZ. Dan and Shelly were great to work with and made the whole trip very good. The house was comfortable and plenty of room. The entire family enjoyed it. If you need a rental I would absolutely tell you to check this property out.

This property was perfect! It was incredibly immaculate and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The games were fun and the pool was well cared for. Seriously, I couldn't even begin to say anything negative about this stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and it was a super easy check in and check out process! Super high recommendation!!! Great stay for golf!
We had a great time staying at Dan and Shelly's place. Easy to find and check in, and about 7min from TPC Scottsdale. Dan was amazing to work with, checked in a few times before our trip, offered us tips and advice on areas nearby, and was available for any issues (we had none). With the pool TVs ample seating space, this is a great location for a couple small families or just a couple guys needing an escape to golf.

Family stayed in town to attend the graduation of our daughter from ASU. This was a great place to stay with lots of room for the five of us. Scottsdale Paradise
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Scottsdale while in town for a wedding. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was close to anything you could need. The house was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed during the stay. My kids loved the pool and enjoyed having some pool toys to play with. It was also nice to have beach towels available so it was one less thing we needed to pack. The personalized welcome sign for our family was such an amazing touch. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more, but would love to come back to stay in future stays. Thanks for a great stay!

Would recommend anyone, any family, or any party to stay here! Absolutely awesome and the host was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and checked in just enough to make sure we were 100% comfortable though out the whole stay. Would definitely stay again!
