Newly renovated villa with pool and sauna close to great beaches
La villa magica e completamente rinnovata è isolata e situata sulla collina chiamata Vrh Benolic, con vista sul mare. L'interno e l'esterno sono ricchi di dettagli affascinanti. Qui puoi rilassarti dallo stress quotidiano, annusare la natura, ascoltare gli uccelli e guardare le stelle nelle sere d'estate!
La posizione in sé è unica: la spiaggia è a 10 minuti di auto, la piccola città istriana di Umago dista 9 km, ma vivi in una serena oasi di natura.
Bella casa bifamiliare. Nella frazione Vrh Benolić con solo 3 case nel villaggio, posizione tranquilla, a 6 km dal mare, immerso nel verde. Proprietà 18'000 m2, giardino, piscina angolare (24 m2, profondità 140 cm,) con scala interna, sauna. Doccia esterna, barbecue. Nella casa: accesso ad internet, lavatrice. Parcheggio presso la casa nella proprietà. Negozio 4 km, ristorante 4 km, spiaggia ciottolosa 6 km, spiaggia rocciosa 10 km. Maneggio 1 km, sentieri per passeggiate vicino alla casa, pista ciclabile 500 m.

We had a wonderfull week in the 'Villa Dream'! The nature around it is stunning and the owner was always helpfull and reacted quickly. Although the property looks bigger on the picutres, we had enough space for the 16 of us and enjoyed sitting together inside or on the terrace, eating dinner and enjoying the sunset above the ocean that we could see from the house. We can definetly recommend staying in the 'Villa Dream'!

I stayed at the house in August 2020 with a group of friends and really enjoyed our time here. The house is very large, well stocked up with all supplies and has an amazing amount of outdoor space around it - which is exactly what we were looking for.

We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures of the villa did not do it justice!
Villa was more then advertised and exceeded all of our expectations!
Drago was a great host and we would recommend this place.

Tres bon accueil
Maison accueillante, spacieuse avec de belles terrasses. Notre hôte était très disponible. Piscine agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Excellent!
We enjoyed the villa and its great surrounding. Very welcoming host Drago who gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit.
Place is clean and very artistic since the owner Drago is the artist he presented his work to us. Lots of space for big groups and families.

Greatest!!!
Drago went above and beyond to help us with any question or requirement, recommended taxi drivers, fisherrman, grocers, horseback riding close by and that made our stay memorable.
His advice kept us from making mistakes.
The view from the villa was amazing.
In short you can’t make a mistake staying here.

Great villa!!
Property is large with lots of privacy. We enjoyed the pool and sauna, had quit a few nice walks into the wood and to the local ranch with horses where we also went horseback riding. The owner was helpful.
Overall would definitely recommend this villa.

ein wundervoller Platz,aber leider nicht sehr gepflegt
Wir verbrachten zu Pfingsten mit 17 Personen ( darunter auch viele Kinder) einige Nächte in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Villa. Die Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, die restliche Sauberkeit war wenig zufriedenstellend. Sehr viele Dinge waren kaputt. Es wäre die perfekte Villa, wenn der Besitzer sich ein bisschen mehr bemühen würde. Die Gegend und der Blick aufs mehr war genial. Wir konnten herrlich unter uns sein.

Lovely place!!!
The villa and the area are just amazing. There is a lot of grounds around the villa which our kids really enjoyed. Villa is well kept, clean and Drago is a great host!!!

Everything perfect
We stayed there for a week. This wonderful Villa has absolutely everything what you need and I would recommend it. The great place in the countryside but not far away from the sea, the pool, the sauna... Everything was perfect. The owner was very polite and helpful.

A peaceful Oasis
We spent an amazing week at this stone house. It was surrounded by nothing but fresh air, lush greenery and a huge garden full of delicious fruits and vegetables which the owners graciously allowed us to pick from when cooking and making our bbqs.
This cute stone house looks like something out of a movie it's very cozy but yet has an artsy touch. The atmosphere was very relaxing and tranquil and I don't remember when the last time i slept so well!
If you really want to escape the concrete jungle and hustle and bustle of the big city this place is for you. We can't wait to return next year and recharge our batteries. Thank you again to the owners for making our experience one we will never forget!

Super nice
Staying in this gorgeous Istrian home was a terrific way to experience Croatia. Very spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 15 to sleep, several bathrooms and 2 huge kitchens. We felt part of a local neighbourhood. We loved this villa and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent stay!
The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it's just a short drive to the beach and bars and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recomend this villa.

Everything ok!
Everything was nice from the start of our short vacation till we let. Great hosts super spacy house with the best sea view. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes nature and knows how to enjoy life.

Odlicna kuca, super pozicija, super vlasnik! kuca je cista i i dobro opremljena. Blizu su restorani i vinarije. Definitivno za preporuciti.

We love it!
I stayed here more than once, each and every time I woke up in total serenity surrounded by clean air, nature and endless land around. There is nobody around to disturb you. The place was clean with stylish touch to it, not to mention an impressive pieces of art.

Excellent!
This villa is simply lovely. It is equipped, furnished and decorated to an excellent standard, has a lovely swimming pool and is set in beautiful grounds. The quiet rural location provides all the privacy and peace you will need. Umag is only 10 minutes away and provides a range of restaurants to suit most tastes and budgets. If you want to eat in (which we did on a couple of nights) the villa has and excellent 'BBQ' and alfresco dining area. The owner was most welcoming and very helpful.

La posizione della casa è ottima con una bellissima vista sul mare.

La casa sarebbe anche bella ma l"ordine e la pulizia lasciano molto a desiderare.
L'impressione è che sia una casa non curata, mobili sporchi , rotti, vecchi e rovinati.
Ci sono tre cucine ma solo in una di esse era presente il frigorifero (all'interno del quale abbiamo trovato bibite aperte) e la lavastoviglie non c'è.
I bagni poi sarebbero tutti da rifare.
Ripeto..... da evitare.

Wonderful villa!
Villa Dragonfly is a wonderful house and the ideal place for families, close to the sea and yet with a lot of peace and nature around! Really beautiful sea view! The Villa is lovely arranged. It is the perfect place for bike trips. Very Kind owner - Thanks for everything!

A wonderful stay in " Villa Dragonfly "
Me and my other half stayed in this wonderful villa which boasts with amazing sea views, it's own swimming pool, biking distance to the beach. We also took walk down to the farm where horses were kept, and went horse riding. Our overall experience has been wonderful, and we already decided to return in September.
