It was our first time at Seabrook and we were really excited for a short vacation stay. The views from the deck made the trip worthwhile. We also enjoyed being so close to the beach and close to all Seabrook's amenities. We did run into a few snags with the cleaning services at this home (towels left in dryer, dishes left in dishwasher, and hot tub not cleaned). However, upon contacting the owners, they were quick to refund our cleaning fee.

Beautiful house and views and the kiddos loved the downstairs and having their own domain. The short walk to the town and the beach were very convient and the hottub for late night soaks was amazing. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful view every morning and every sunset. Great owners (James and Erica) and local contact (Jaymie) were extremely helpful and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Home has well stocked kitchen, baths, beach chairs, etc. No Worries is our new go-to place at Seabrook…. We will be back!!!

Really beautiful location with a short walk to the beach. Spent evenings on the deck and cooked some great meals in the well stocked kitchen. Had a family game night and played foosball and pinball. James was super responsive and our family had a fantastic graduation trip!

No Worries is a beautiful home with the best beach view and beach access. We saw the most amazing Pacific sunset! The house is well stocked and a cute welcome gift of wine and s’more fixings. The decor was calming blues and tasteful coastal farmhouse. We did have what we considered some major cleaning issues. Apparently the guests before us used all the towels and when we got there the beach towels were in the dryer and the bath towels were in the washer. No towels in master or main level bath. No hand soap in the main bathroom or kitchen sink. We had to do our own laundry to get clean towels. I am a big coffee drinker and there was a pot but no coffee, even though in the reviews people had bragged about local roasted coffee being supplied. The worst was that the master bed looked rumpled, but we just kind of thought maybe the cleaning crew was in a hurry. But when we got into bed, the king sheets were full of sand! Not quite the romantic experience we were hoping for. When we looked for clean sheets in the closets, there were no clean king sheets. After texting the house cleaner and owners several times (they were both responsive, but no offers to bring sheets or coffee-which they admitted to forgetting) we use Queen flat sheets to lay on the mattress and sleep. Also, we found a women’s undergarment in the queen room, so no option of sleeping in that bed.. The owner did agree to refund the cleaning fee, which is a BIG add on to the nightly cost.

Everything about this property is fantastic! From the pinball machine and electronics, to the supplies for s’more’s, to the hot tub, beach towels, bunkbeds, breathtaking view, and even a reliable coffee maker with local ground beans, this place did not disappoint.

We absolutely loved our stay at "No Worries"! This was our third time renting a house at Seabrook, and was by far the best. The house was equipped with everything you could think of and more. Didn't even miss not being able to access the Seabrook pool. Well done, and we'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Seabrook and stayed at No Worries vacation rental. The property owners and manager were so friendly and helpful and the home is beautiful. Everything was very clean and well-appointed, and the ocean view is breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back!

The layout of the house was perfect for our party! The adults were on the 3rd floor and the 4 kids stayed in the bunk beds down in the basement. Having the beach steps away is amazing!!

The house location and view of the ocean from it can't be beat. We lucked out and had good weather for March on the WA coast and were able to see whale spouts in distance. The steps down to the beach are only 100 ft or so from the house porch. The interior of the house is very nice and well equipped. The location is a couple of blocks from "downtown" Seabrook. Would highly recommend.

The property is really comfortable and very well set up. The front porch looks out to the water and the big front windows give you a view all of the time. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen was great. The hosts were really good at communicating and answered any questions we had.

Wonderful clean property right on the oceans edge. Plenty of space and comfortable amenities. The hosts are very attentive and lovely people. We will be back again for sure.

Great property with amazing attention to detail. Very clean & organized kitchen. Teens had a blast with the Jurassic Park Pinball machine! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Location and view

We have stayed at seabrook many times and usually rent through seabrook but this time we rented through VRBO since we never use the resort amenities. We had a wonderful time. House was right by the path that led down to the ocean. Owners and manager of the house were amazing to work with. House was perfect! So many games and things to do for the kiddos and spots to relax for the adults! Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. We cannot wait to go back next year.

We just loved this house and Pacific Beach/Seabrook. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. The view of the Ocean is breathtaking. It's an easy walk down to the beach - where you can walk for miles. The beach allows dogs as well. The backyard is not enclosed in case that is a concern for your dogs - but the front little courtyard is. It's a very short walk to town which has cute stores and a few restaurants. The town does not have a large market so be sure to shop for groceries on your wat there.

This is a great house in a perfect location, as close to the beach as you can get in Seabrook and a very short walk to town. Everything was clean and easy to use, as we have experienced before. The only issue is a long-standing one, the door to the deck upstairs is not usable now as it is under repair - we stayed a year ago and the door was already difficult to open and keep latched. So, the view from the master bedroom upstairs is only through the plastic or cloudy windows. Next time I imagine it will be fixed. Love the new pinball machine!

This was our first trip to Seabrook and it didn't disappoint! No Worries is such a cute place with a view you can't beat! It was stocked with all the amenities we needed and the kids loved the game room downstairs! Would be happy to stay again!
