Awesome place great location

We have been visiting the East Beach area of St. Simons Island for years. So, we have stayed in a lot of properties and know the island very well. This location and property were perfect for us. We were looking for marsh views with a short walk to the beach. The property was well decorated, well-maintained, well stocked with quality amenities and in the perfect location. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a short walk to the beach and plenty of room for their family. We had plenty of parking as well and there was even room for our golf cart. The elevator in the property made loading and unloading super easy.

Had a great girls trip

We had an amazing long weekend in St. Simons Island. The pictures on this listing don’t even do the condo justice. It’s so so spacious and held the 10 of us with ease. The elevator was an added bonus! Everything seemed very clean too, and I’m pretty picky about that. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved so many things about this property. There is plenty of room to spread out, bedding is comfortable, and the unit is well stocked. Just a five minute walk to East Beach and there are several balconies that overlook the beautiful marsh (gorgeous sunsets). We will stay here again and I highly recommend. Our only negative of this property was there was a horrible smell in the basement garage that smelled like cat urine. Given this is a pet free property, I'm unsure what the smell was but I made the property manager aware so they could address it.

We loved staying at this property. The elevator was so convenient for my Mom. Location was convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice property! Location was great. Host was great to communicate with. Could use some storage for hanging clothes. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

We loved staying at Adam's place!! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and easily accommodated our whole family. We will definitely be back!

Beach Haven was extremely clean, with comfortable beds, and a great location in East Beach. We enjoyed the top floor balcony overlooking the marsh at night - it was very peaceful and great for sunsets! The living area offered plenty of seating that would be good for a big group. The dining room might be a little tight for getting in and out of the chairs with a big group, but it would be fine with little kids. Overall a great spot and I’d love to stay there again in the future.

Listing is accurate. Elevator was nice to unload your car from the garage and not have to lug bags up stairs. Our family cooked breakfast every morning and had no problem with the available kitchen supplies. Everything was very clean upon arrival.

We have stayed in another property on island that is owned by the same folks-and true to form, everything was just as anticipated and more. Great location. Spotless. Linens and towels were high quality. Beds were comfortable. Big enough to gather as a group but private rooms to retreat to. Lots of steps, so the elevator came in very handy for luggage and groceries. Will will stay again!

Very close to the beach and great restaurants. You'll need to bring basic kitchen supplies like dish towels, foil and spices if you plan to cook. No dishwasher soap either. Otherwise a very nice and comfortable condo.

Beautiful beyond the photos!

We loved the condo! Weather was great and we spent a lot of time on the deck off the kitchen! Beach was a short walk away. We loved that each room had a full bath and a half bath conveniently off the kitchen! Elevator was great to get luggage up form the garage to every level!

This property was perfect for our girls getaway with the matriarch of our family (86), 2 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law, 3 granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughters, and 1 great-grandson (token male). The elevator was very helpful for getting luggage to the correct floors and for my mother when she was tired of stairs. This home had everything we needed for a great week. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well.

We loved staying at Beach Haven! The property was ideal for our group— family of six with 4 teen/young adult sons, plus a set of grandparents. My nearly 80-year-old parents appreciated the elevator, and my sons loved the bunk room. We all enjoyed the beautiful marsh views from every level, and my guys wanted to take the HUGE sectional home with us! 😄 The townhouse was just a quick walk to the beach, and all the beach gear provided came in handy. The location was so convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the Village. We loved everything about our vacation on SSI and definitely would stay at Beach Haven again!

Excellent property and everything was as advertised. A quick walk to the beach, lots of space and a great bunk room for the teenagers. Encountered a problem during the stay and the property management company arranged an immediate fix with perfect follow up. Would stay again.

House is large and can accommodate 10. Plenty of Comfortable porches and front and back. Very clean with new furnishings and decor. Approx one block from beach. Had a utility issue - management company was excellent and had it taken care of. Would stay here again. Has a lot of stairs but has an elevator.

Our first trip to St. Simons Island, and the Beach Haven property had lovely accommodations - it was warm, cozy and very inviting. We are a family of 5, and everyone had their own retreat (bedroom and full bath). We could have easily fit another family comfortably with us. We loved access to balconies on each floor, and there was ample space in the living area and dining table to spread out and enjoy games, movies, etc. We were about a 5 min walk (2-3 blocks from public beach access) and about 1.5 miles from Pier Village - where there was shopping, restaurants, the pier, lighthouse and park/playground. We loved renting bikes and exploring the island. Beach Haven was a great location to access the island and see different areas. The owners have done a great job stocking the kitchen (pots, pans, Pyrex, Tupperware, etc) so you have whatever you need to cook. And they had Beach chairs and towels to us to use too.The only slight negative is we could hear the people next door to us sometimes. Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. We did our best to abide by that to be considerate to neighbors. I don’t think I would recommend renting this unit if you have elderly family members/friends who cannot do stairs. This unit has bedrooms on the top floors, so climbing stairs is inevitable. We did not have access to the elevator.

We were in the area for a cross country meet on Jekyll Island and had our girls team stay here. It was perfect for them. They loved the proximity to the beach, the spaciousness of the condo, the elevator!, and just went on and on about how nice it was.

The absolute perfect spot for family w high school kids travelling w friends. Master on 2nd floor is awesome. 3rd floor for the kids is perfect (except for them stomping on the floor at night). Will stay again.

This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway! Very spacious house. Short walk to the beach. Great communication from property manager. Would highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our weekend stay. We had moms for two night and daughters at a soccer tournament for one night. Perfect for our group. Loved the location to the beach and downtown area!

Thank you for a wonderful visit. We did receive email a noise courtesy note from the neighbors letting us know that the walls were paper thin. At no point did we play music loudly or were screaming to of our lungs. We just were laughing with each other and going down memory lane. The note definitely put a damper on us during the check out process. A suggest can be during the phone call during check in, maybe reminding guest that the walls are thin might be a great reminder for guest. Other than that beautiful property, clear check in/check out directions and wonderful hosting on your part.

This was the perfect place for our family of 14. The bunk room is awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Elevator was a plus for unloading the car, since 2 bedrooms are 3 stories up. Just a couple of blocks walk to the beach. Loved our stay there!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and was extremely spacious. The kitchen was one of the best equipped ever. Everything was TOP RATE in every way. I loved all the balconies --- and the elevator!!! Hope to stay again soon!

Every detail thought of!! Clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated. Everyone gets a bed! Great tv for watching the game! Walk to the ocean! We will be back!!
