The property was perfect! We had a retired chef in our group and he was impressed with the kitchen set-up. Two generations from two families-had ample space to spread out. Very comfortable rental. Would definitely stay again.

We did a family vacation there was a total of 17 people and it was a great time

House is beautiful in a non-busy part of the Key with very few large condo complexes nearby. The house was spacious and well appointed. The vacation home was ideal for three couples and a single in that we each were able to have our own bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bath. We would stay with a large group again. We regretted paying the extra money to heat the pool for the ten days we were there considering the amount it was used. It took several days to heat up and the 65-70 degree weather made it harder for the pool to stay warm. Money seems more well spent if you have kids who are in it every day. None of the bedroom TVs were working when we arrived and it was somewhat annoying to have to deal with cable repairs and communication with property managers. Took awhile to get them all working. Outside Grills could use a good cleaning. First vacation place I’ve rented where dishwasher had to be run and emptied and all dishes put away before 10 am checkout. I understand wanting dishes clean, but having to put away seems like something cleaning staff should do. Perfect location close to Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Beach was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed the company of the resident great blue heron.

West of Eden east side was so comfortable for our large family gathering at the beach (11 people and still space left). There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, there was plenty of parking for 4 cars, and the beach was quiet and uncrowded since there were only houses around. The only challenge we had was that the kitchen was a little small for the number of people we had cooking (1 or 2 fit fine but not the 5 or 6 we had). However, having the huge table nearby helped us to have enough space to prepare all of the food. If we are able rent here again, we’ll just know to prepare a little more ahead of time. Highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful house!

We really enjoyed this house for our trip. The location was perfect and the unit was big enough to accommodate 10 adults.

This place is perfect for our family of 16. There is plenty of room to spare in this luxury accommodation. We have stayed here for several years in a row. My only complaint is the rapid increasing cost. If we stay next year in 2022 there will be about a 50% increase over this year. I normally book for next year before I leave, but I am going to look around first. So if you can afford it, you will not be disappointed. It is a 5 star property.

Great house for 80yr olds to 8 yr olds! We had a lovely time. Private beach, pool, very comfortable home.

One of the best vacas we’ve ever had. Almost a private beach. Loved the location. Pool was very nice. Would love to rent both sides next time for a family reunion.

Great beach house with even better location. Lots of space, well decorated, kitchen had everything we needed utensil/appliance wise. Right on the beach which was a nice quiet, private area. Only issues we ran into were the pool not working (heating, filtering) the last 2 days of our stay despite attempts from the property manager to help (communication was very easy and they sent the pool company out to fix it) and one of the refrigerators does not cool well. Would recommend and rent again.

We needed some time to heal as a family as we lost our dad to COVID in November. We were able to start the process and reconnect as a family. The property is in a great location and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for allowing us to make memories in your wonderful property.

Balcony views were breathtaking. My only gripe was advertised heated pool ;there is an additional fee to heat the pool and the fridge that constantly leaked water, otherwise it was it was great stay.

House was awesome! Eight men on a golf trip and the location and accommodations were excellent.
